terrible. The first order (9369937346) got delayed significantly, still waiting for it to arrive. The second order (#69942770) came to me partly, they forgot to send a TV stand, I hope to either get it still or for a refund Looks like scum to me

I recently bought an office chair and desk from Leen Bakker, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The website was easy to use, the products arrived quickly and in perfect condition, and the quality is outstanding. My workspace has been transformed, and I highly recommend Leen Bakker for their top-notch products and excellent service!

Good price performance, fast delivery but not the easiest and most customer friendly assembly of the corner sofa. The assembly is straight forward but there is inadequate approach in design and manufacturing of the furniture to make assembly easier.

We had done our research online, found the couch we wanted, went in store & tested a similar couch we wanted, a friendly in store clerk helped us out, finalised the purchase, bought the warranty, had it delivered & are very satisfied indeed.

I was bad , delivery with you is not nice at all.

I made an order 2 weeks ago and was told it will be delivered in 2 days. Since then I haven't received the order and ther has been no updates. I tried calling them but no one picked up. I also sent an email which was not responded to.

The quality of product is good, but I had a bad experience to order somethig and receive something else and exchange my wrong item too late.

I have been a leenbakker customer for more than 10 years. I was always satisfied with the quality we get for their pricing. With this trust we decided to go ahead a purchase a sofa that was on sale (a showroom model that was almost new and looked expensive). We were mentioned during the purchase that there is no delivery possible for this and we have to pick it up ourselves. For which we agreed and purchased the sofa. With in 2 months of delivery the spring on the sofa snatched. Temporarily we fixed it and called Leenbakker. They asked us the receipt and then asked to contact the company via mail "Fil4324 at leenbakker nl" and can expect a delayed repair due to the wait time. We agreed and decided to wait to here from them. Meanwhile 2 more springs snatched just while we were sitting and watching the TV. The sofa is no more usable.
After several follow ups and calls and after 3 months they replied back saying you do not qualify for a repair as you purchased a showroom model and we should be aware that no guarantee is possible on showroom models.
We were never informed of this during purchase and they said you can read the policy in the website.
We still requested for a paid repair and cannot throw away a 1000 Euro sofa. They said not to contact them any more and they can no way help us in any way.
I have lost all hopes on this brand.
Please be careful while purchasing any new furniture/show room models for them. The quality is utterly poor and their interactions with customer is more worse. Do not hope any support from their customer care.

I had a problem with delivery the first time because of my house location. I mentioned to the customer care and it was written in the Invoice for the delivery persons. The second time I have received it way better than i expected

Bit of a problem getting a receipt from the guy who laid the floors for them - LB said from the guy, the guy said from LB, lots of tedious emails later I still haven't got one :-(

friendly helpfull nice range of goods good quality and prices everything we want. the down side is how slow they are on the computers and tills. Some keep you waiting but then not a lot of staff. to arrange delivery took half an hour standing and waiting that is bad. The item we baught large parasol 3 meters square, as a huge flaw we were not told about whilst unfolded stand upright well how ever on opening it become very unstable and topples straight away. We need to purchese items at a cost of 50euros extra to place on the stand then sand to fill them to make the parasol stable when opened. Poor design and unsafe. We were not made aware of this in purchase which is important.
