Ordered 4 LED downlighters in February for my elderley sister. Came to install a couple today only to find out they sent the completely wrong bulb. My fault I should have checked them when they were delivered I guess. Had the same issue with another supplier but at least they gave a refund and did not ask for the bulbs back. What is it with these companies. You order something, they confirm they have the item and then dispatch something completely different that will not wokr/fit.

I ordered three dusk to dawn LED lamps on 1 October and paid for one-day delivery. These arrived after three days. I thought that was OK and consequently ordered three more on 4 October, again paying over £8 for one-day delivery.
Unfortunately, I am still waiting for these to be delivered over five days later.
I have emailed the company twice, who have not replied.
Having now looked on Trustpilot, I see there have been no reviews of this company for several years. and consequently assume that they must have folded a few years ago, for obvious reasons, but are now back to their same old tricks.
I shall now contact my credit card company in the hope that they can now recoup the money I have lost, but perhaps LEDS4LESS have once again folded and disappeared.
I just wish I had looked for the company on Trustpilot before now and recommend, as several others have done before, to completely avoid this company who appear to be charlatans.

Edited: These items arrived on 10.10.23 via DPD. The delivery note lists the dispatch date as 9.10.23, not 5.10.23 as stated by LEDS4 LESS, who appear to have lied.
I shall stick with Amazon in future, who have proved to be completely reliable.

I bought the halo light set for son as a gift 2 months after installation one quit working, we contacted them because the manufacturer showed lifetime warranty, they contacted us back to let us know the manufacturer will not stand behind the warranty. I made a complaint with the BBB, now I’m waiting on a response.

Do not order ANYTHING from this company!! Complete junk! Ordered the mega bundle and half of it was the wrong stuff and it comes from different companies all over the place. Was sent "new/correct" stuff and it was still wrong. Halo/headlight connectors-the tabs fall out and the app for the color changing halos doesn't work right. Trying to get a refund and they are playing games. I've contacted PayPal and was told nothing has been submitted as a refund. Almost impossible to call and talk to someone as phone numbers are disconnected or go straight to a personal voice mail. Just a heads up!! Don't do it!

I finally managed to get my promised refund from LEDs4Less so my advice to those who have lost out is to keep on at them until they do the decent thing.

I wish I'd read these reviews before dealing with this fraudster. He did reply to my email on a Friday apologizing for the delay (two weeks after ordering) saying the bulbs would arrive on the Monday. They didn't and it looks like I've lost my money.

I placed an order on their website for 2 light bulbs (expensive dimmable ones said to be in stock).

7 days later I sent them an email to say I hadn't received anything.

4 days later, they said they couldn't locate my order and do I want a refund or to be resent the items. I asked them to resend them.

6 days later I mailed them and asked for an update - no reply.

3 days later, I tried to phone them but the number on their website (hidden away in terms and condition - which is also the same number on YELL) was a wrong number which rang another company who are fed up of getting complaint calls about them. So mailed them the same day. I got a reply saying that 'Our system is showing the product as in stock however it isn’t.' with the option to resend a different item or refund. I asked them to refund.

8 days later, I mailed them again as no refund had been made.

1 month later (after waiting for my card statement), I mailed them again and told them that if I didn't get a reply that I would report them to Barclaycard.

8 days later, they finally mailed me a refund notice. I have still yet to check my card statement (as it has not arrived yet).

So an order of 2, in stock, light bulbs have taken 10 weeks to not appear.
I eventually looked up their address from their website on Google Maps and they appear to be in a totally domestic area - working out of a bedroom perhaps? Who knows; who cares.
I advise you to stay well away from this 'company'.

These people don't reply !!!! I returned some LED drivers for refund well over 6 weeks ago and have not had a refund or any replies ..Do not trust this company ,have nothing to do with them.

After nearly a month of emails, I still don't have my order. First they forgot to post dispite and email saying dispatched almost immediately. Then they only sent half my order, then promises to send the other, and still waiting. Very poor, avoid, but if your reading this its probably already too late.

Bought the angry bird grill and halo headlight special. Grill was delivered but no headlights. The only tracking number for my order showed items had been delivered. It took nearly a month to get them to send me the headlights and when they did, they sent the wrong color. I sent 6 emails and called and left messages 6 times over a 3 month period. I never received a reply. I gave up and bought headlights from another vendor.

The Philips 13w bayonet fit LED for the dining room was good quality as was the Integral LED 13w also bought. Received quickly - would use leds4less again as they stock bulbs from decent brands.

Avoid this company at all costs. Don't make the same mistake I made. I was in a rush an didn't read reviews. They will mess you about with delivery and mess you about with a refund if you never receive the goods. Chances are you won't receive the goods. They never pick up the phone, they don't answer emails on time. Don't use them, you'll regret it.

They took my money on the day I placed my order. TWELVE days later I have not received my goods. I emailed them after ten days, which was yesterday, 21 June 2017 early in the morning. Twenty four hours later, they have not replied. They have no phone number which is no surprise. Regardless of the quality of the product, if I ever receive it, I will not buy from this firm again. I would avoid any dealings with this firm and buy elsewhere.

Indeed, I wonder if they are trading while insolvent, which is illegal, using money received from their most recent customers' payments to settle their own, overdue, suppliers' bills or even a bank overdraft that was personally guaranteed by the directors/shareholders or secured on their homes.

I am about to contact my credit card company to inform them of the way this company operates and get a refund of the amount I paid.

Dont waste your money on LED replacement bulbs from this company.

I bought 4 LED bulbs to replace the 240v/100w halogen spot lamp bulbs in my kitchen (fitted in eyeball lamp holders recessed into the ceiling )at a cost of nearly £72.00 thinking that by their advertised figure of 50,000 hours expected life per bulb although stupendously expensive to start with they would be a good long term investment (which equates to a minimum of 6 years service if they were left on all the time, which they were not).
9 months later the 1st bulb expired and on emailing the company they sent me a new one FOC.
They had no guaranteed service life written in the advert against this item so I assumed (wrongly) that the 50,000hrs=/or 6 years would apply.

Also in the adverts the pictures of the bulbs show manufacturers names on the boxes the bulbs are in but when you receive them the packaging around the bulbs (sleeve) is plain white so its anybody's guess what you are actually getting.
The email reply they told me this product was only warranted for 1 year but it was not in the advert when I purchased and most of the bulbs in the adverts are warranted for 3 years now.

1 month later the 2nd bulb expired and again on emailing them they sent replacement FOC.

1 day before the 1 year warranty expired the 3rd bulb failed.

On emailing them they invited me to return it for inspection and pay for p&p myself which I refused to do and told me they were not continuing to stock this bulb any more and invited me "TO BUY OTHERS FROM THEM INSTEAD"!!!.
On checking their website they had reduced the bulbs price by half and the warranty was now only 6 months on that product!!!

After many more emails and the silent treatment they agreed to send me a P&P paid postage label which on inspection was a month out of date so useless.

I notified them of this and have never had an answer back from them or to the other emails I sent.
One email reply was some excuse about the person dealing with it was on maternity leave,really ?
Got no one else to sort it out then?

They do not advertise with a customer service Phone number only email(which should have made me suspicious in the 1st place)so I gave up in the end.

13 months from purchase the 4th bulb failed...so all in all not a very good investment at all.

Give them a wide berth.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Bought a LED night light for my 12 month old son. Speedy delivery impressed with the product and buying experience over all. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered MR16 LED's and a power supply from them. The LED's were marked as requiring 12V AC while the power supply output is 12V DC. The web-site information on the power supply is very unclear to non-existent and the information on the LED bulbs is of equal 'quality'.

There has been no response to my e-mail (the only way you contact this company). I have confirmed by experiment that the bulbs do work with a DC supply but I don't know what effect it has on their life. I will not buy from this company again but if you want to, be careful, you'll get a product quickly and not much, if any, information with it.

I ordered some fairly inexpensive bits from this store online. Having not received the goods after dispatch, I tried to email them. No response to date. Totally unacceptable.

The bulb I bought was good as a halogen replacement. They're not the cheapest on the market but the quality is good and the company provide the back-up you need and get the items to you efficiently.
