I wrote a long careful and factual review years ago. I forget what it said but it was a one star. Now I see that it has been removed as violating trustpilot's guidelines. That says something.

I ordered some products from them in November 2015. The order was processed and my credit card charged. Some time later when I chased on delivery timing I was told the products were discontinued. I presumed that a credit would be issued. After two months when I had received no refund for goods that had never been shipped I called to be told - sorry - error due to former member of staff. Would refund me ASAP. After two weeks I was told that they had made two attempts to refund the amounts to my credit card but each had "bounced back". I was then told I would get a refund by bank transfer. Despite being shown a copy of a HSBC transfer request the money was never deposited in my account. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. I am still waiting!!!!

My refund was finally processed immediately after I raised a County Court claim. So the lesson is if you are taking a long time to have your refund or claim processed you might want to access the government small claims process.

I bought some LED lights from this company in Nov 2015, when they arrived they were not what was stated so I called them and they told me they were discontinued and had sent me a replacement, I told them they were not suitable so they sent me a pre-paid label and would issue a refund when they received them. They were returned by the 3rd Dec, I have never received a refund and have called on various occasions to ask when will it be issued. Customers service always promise to sort, but I am still waiting.

I have bought 3 batches of 12 GU 10 lights from this company since 2012. (I’m slow to learn!)
They did not keep to their delivery promises, no lights have lasted 2 years. The last set were actually dangerous. After being in place for a few months the glass covers over the bulbs fell out and broke. Not the fault of our wiring – had an electrician in to check.
After spending over £120 on bulbs for 7 lights in our kitchen and finally having hot glass landing on me I decided to complain.
Initial promises to replace damaged bulbs came to nothing.
A few weeks ago I phoned ‘Matt’ who said they would not do anything unless I sent him proof of warrantee. I emailed him this but have had no response.

Do not waste your money or risk your safety with this company.

Whilst the company supply the goods Ive been asking for a refund of overpayment for well over a year which is more than unacceptable as Ive been told on several occasions its been issued. If someone would like to call 01159 417318.

I had ordered some led strips in May of 2015. It arrived the next day. The quality looked great. I ordered some more in June. This time, I ordered the profile and they sent a technical guy Billy to help for the installation. I highly recommend this company for the good quality and service.

It took 5 months for my order to be delivered. Communication on delay was non-existent unless I chased it up.

Needed some new GU10 bulbs for my house however wanted to switch to the energy saving version. Rang up and spoke to customer service where Kate was very helpful in providing me with all the info needed about the LED products. I placed my order and the bulbs arrived the next day and look fantastic!!
Would highly recommend - great prices and the best part is you save more money in the long run with LED!

I ordered some bespoke LED strip lighting from here, they cut my order to length and were very patient whilst I decided what I wanted, I got my delivery next day and all for a great price too. Couldn't recommend more!

I ordered a single LED GU10 bulb from these guys. It took weeks to actually arrive. I asked where it was after the first weeks delay via the website instant chat thing and was told that it was on back order.

After another week i emailed them and told them to cancel the order since it was obviously not going to arrive. I had no response to this email.

The bulb was finally delivered after well over a month and it was different from the one i ordered and would not fit into my fire rated downlighter pods.

To be honest, it's only £6 or something so im not sure it's worth my time persuing a refund so i wont bother. Needless to say that i WILL NOT be shopping here again.

Purchased items in March 2015. Items came and were wrong so I sent back. I requested a refund and having been chasing them up for the 3 Months and still nothing. Avoid this company like the plaque. I wish I had read these reviews first before buying from them.
Please use another company.

Ordered 2 Spot GU 10 LEDS, both not working I've had to pay to return them, still waiting for my refund, pretty certain I will not get the postage back from them!

I've got involve with that company two years ego and must said that i was happy with the way they handle my orders.Invoices arrive very quick and once i have paid i received my item next couple of days.Then there was problem with my order.
I have order 7 panels 600 x 600 and instead i got 3 panels 1200 x 600 so i contact customer service at LedLightZone to get that sort it out.
That was 4 months ago and i still have wrong panels that is no use for me.Man at LLZ that call him self Sales Manager promissed me that he get that sort it and send me money back and pick up wrong panels but so far nothing.So my BIG advise to everyone who thinking to buy stuff from them, DO NOT DO IT.

Waited on hold for quite some time then when I got through and started explaining what I wanted they put the phone down on me, their live chat was flashing up and they didn't reply to me on that either. If they dont want to talk to you regarding a sale what will they be like if something goes wrong???

Diabolical service, I would never use this company again and I have spent thousands of pounds with them. Update: I got a call from there CEO regarding this reveiw, I explained why I wrote this review and explained why I was not happy with the lies his staff were telling me, he said he would investigate and come back to me the very next morning. That was 3 weeks ago.

I ordered led lighting stripps by phone, 8 days later still no delivery, was then assured they would arrive next day, 4 days later asked for a refund, lied to again, told it was with accounts and would be back with me by end of week, 3 weeks later I'm still waiting, they do not call back, they do. It respond to emails, I'm off to county court later this week. My advice is go to LED but, they deliver on time, and are well priced. This lot are joke

Have used this company on three occasions during 2014 for LED strip and accessories and in each case the items have arrived in full and very quickly. Communication is spot on with confirmation of order followed by confirmation of despatch with tracking

I phoned their helpdesk as this was a first purchase and I couldn't afford slippage due to ordering the wrong parts. I was nervous due to bad reviews about unfilled/late orders so thought I would take a risk but phone to confirm ALL parts of the order were available.

I spoke to a knowledgeable and patient operator who confirmed that all items were in stock. He said he would try to get them out that afternoon but by the time my order was placed it was late in the day so in the end we missed that courier. Ordered late on Wednesday, delivered that Friday. Exactly what I expected in the box.

It would have been good to have email confirmation and a tracker number, given the reviews I had a nervous 40 hrs but they answered the phone when rang and confirmed the status of my order as it was progressing.

I thought I'd post this review to help others who like me saw the negative reviews and would appreciate something positive. Overall good service and I will use again when expanding the system I've purchased.
