I purchased 5 LED spots from this company in 2014, since they offer a 5 year warranty. I had 2 of the bulbs replaced within a matter of moths because they started flashing. Now, and ok it's 4 years later, I have 4 more bulbs out of the original 5 + 2 that they supplied that have failed with the same fault.

LED Bulb World initially told me the warranty was only 1-2 years... not according to their website. Now they are saying that according to section 17.3 on their T&Cs state a customer has to register for the extended warranty. That don't make that plain anywhere else on their website or documentation and there is no link or information as to how to register for that extended warranty.

The products this company supply are average, you'll get as good a product and price at B&Q but the false advertising/lack of customer care is atrocious. Would I buy from this company again, absolutely not and I could not recommend anyone else to do so.

I wasn't too sure about the correct bulbs I should buy.
They took the time to explain the types of bulbs and which would be best for me.
Over £150 was spent on the bulbs for the whole house reducing wattage by a 95% saving a lot of cash.
One type was faulty and was replaced within 24 hrs.
Will be using them again for next project

I bought A 20w LED bayonet-fitting lamp from LED Bulb World for my home 'office'. It was delivered in good time and has proved excellent during initial use. The instant availability of full light output is a welcome change from the compact fluorescent that it replaced. I shall be coming back for more!
