Great software for ripping Bluray and DVD discs.

It's the best tool to download video that captured from specific website. Let me show my three reasons.
The download speed is its distinct capacity from others, I had tried more than ten other tools, this tool normally have three even ten times speed than others, for example, if I wanna download a 1.5G MPD video, use this tool I only need about 3 minutes, but others normally need more than half an hour.
And it is even more stable than others.
Besides, it's support is fast and effective. In my use journey, I had faced a problem that I cannot analyse the video due to web's update. So I sent the email and report this bug, after less one day, the support team solved this problem and give me a update version.
I really appreciate this product and recommend to you.

Always works perfectly, I love this software. It makes it so easy to rip my DVD's and BluRay disks onto my home media server. Support is responsive as well.

I had been looking for a program to burn my family videos (I have lots - in MP4 and MKV) to Blu Ray and DVD discs. I tried various programs and found that for me Leawo Creator was the best. It was straightforward to use and produced very good quality discs which I am now able to enjoy and share with the family. Thoroughly recommended.

My next purchase will be the UHD 4K version of Leawo, which I am sure will be as phenomenal as the rest of your offerings. While Nero offers an 8K option, I hope Leawo will soon integrate AI capabilities and eventually support 8K as well.

Had a problem with the software at first but contacted

The 30 day money back guarantee is not honoured and deceiving in their advertising. The web page has false and deceiving information and you have to really do your homework to work out their refund policy which is not easily accessible on their website.
I will recommand to keep your away from this cheating firm.

When it works it's ok. When it doesn't the experience is frustrating. Individual modules are expensive and buggy. Paatches and updates are slow to roll out. Currently at 30+ days without functionality of the Netflix downloader. If and when a fix is delivered I'm asking that my subscription period be extended for the time service was denied. I'll update this review later.

Update 6.21.24. The software functionality has been restored and Leawo continues to make regular updates so that the Netflix module has been reliable now for the past 30 days. As I said previously when it works it's a great tool. At this point I plan to extend my subscription when the renew date arrives. I'll add that customer support is very responsive which gives Leawo and it's products legitimacy.

The tech support at Leawo is OUTSTANDING! Of course I had to use Skype & AnyDesk for the Leawo Prof. Media 13 Software issue that I had. Had a problem ripping some old DVDS that did not match the time of the movie or program on the DVDS I was ripping. So thanks to Karen, who replied quickly, & especialy Moyea, who's very professional, fixed the problem with a simple reinstall of the Leawo Prof. Media 13 Software. Thanks Leawo Tech Support for having VERY PROFESSIONAL TECH SUPPORT! OUTSTANDING!

The software works quite well. Best of all, their support is top notch. I typically get an answer to any question in just a few hours. When I purchased a new Mac, they were most helpful in transferring my license to the new machine.

I have used the software several times and find it easy to use without any problems. It works very well for me. I also liked the various purchase oiptions that I tailotred to my needs.I had to contact customer service on a couple of occasions regarding reactivation after a motherboard change. They were always very prompt and cleared up my activation issues .
