Leatroz is a real estate referral network that connects licensed US agents and brokers with buyers, sellers, and investors who have already been screened by a real person. We don't hand over form submissions. Every referral goes through a four-stage handoff protocol: direct contact with our verification team, expectation alignment, commitment confirmation, and timeline verification. Only referrals that clear all four are matched to an agent, with budget, timeline, and motivation attached. Our team runs geo-fencing and passive marketing campaigns across search, social, and display, so agents get referrals in the markets they serve without managing ads themselves. Agents can also add support services such as virtual staging, listing ad design, content creation, and virtual assistants. Every account includes a dedicated account manager and a dashboard to track referrals and pipeline performance. We welcome feedback from the agents we work with.

Excellent Marketing Support for Our Brokers Salespersons, Contractors and everyone who’s related to real estate Business.

Home Select Contracting has been using Leatroz for marketing and admin support, and it has made a real difference for our team.
