Dealt with a man called Paul Botham, possible one of the rudest and most condescending people I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. He has apparently worked in the industry for years but has no idea about the technical details of a leased line install and relies on all of his suppliers for this information. My recommendation would be to speak to his suppliers directly than go through him as you'll get better pricing & service.
