Lucky to get a cancelation so I booked the appointmentm 3 minutes before it was due to happen - thought I was probably too late, but a very helpful advisor phoned me 10 minutes later and provided some extremely useful advice

They were helpful but the line wasnt very clear and kept cracking up so was very hard to understand but have done what they suggested and am waiting to hear back from shp and the council.

Lease extension
Thank you for explaining the processes of lease extension to me clearly. The lady who spoke to me was very good and she explained and answered all my questions. This helped me to be able to make a decision on how to extend my lease informal or formal.

The Solicitor who called was very professional however my problems sympathetically could not be resolved in my favour.

The things we wr re told by your legal person, wr,re more or less what we already knew.not much help at all. My eife and i,wr,re both born in Herefordshire ,worked all our working lives.and your people did not exactly put themselves out help at all, If we wr,re imagrants i would think you would go out of your way yo help is then.
