Great Support
I checked a lot of platform for online-courses. Most of them were confusing. Learnworlds is very clear and nice to handle. Furthermore they have an academy, where a lot of free courses are, that help you build up your own online-school. But what really is phenomenal and groundbreaking is their support. You have at first a chatbot, if that doesn't help you can mail the support (just click a button). You get immediately an answer by a AI, if you still need help, you get contact with a human person and those answers come the same day or at least the following day! Great!

They always available and provide quick support, and consistent as well - when still stuck on anything along the way, they always stay with you and follow up until you're all set.
Customer support with a 'can do' attitude!
I'm using LearnWorlds for work, and I'm really enjoying using the platform. It's simple on the surface, but deep enough to really meet our needs as an established, accredited training institution. However, what's even more impressive is the speediness and eagerness to please of their support team. Its great in many ways, but 1 thing is totally destroying my experience.
Paid for LearnWorlds for 2 years while developing my course and now when its time to upload everything you should know this before you buy:
Its great, the functions are great, it has a great interface, loads of functions and so on. But here is what you should know. A product is not better than its weakest link, and for me that is the videolibrary.
It has basically transformed my progress from going smooth to being a nightmare.
My course has a lot of quizzes and for each question i have a video to go through the question, but to actually assign the videos to that is a nightmare due to the videolibrary. You have absolutely no way of sorting the library in any way. No folders, no sorting by date, name and most importantly no searchfunction.
Basically its just all your videos (for me 400 of them) loaded in randomly. I did my naming properly so i thought i could find them easily. But imagine you have to go through and pinch your eyes while scrolling through hundreds of videos to find the exact one. And now imagine doing that (in my case) 400 times. Thats hours and hours of very tirering scrolling and focus just because it lacks on of the most basic functions in history.
I have reached out, but no answer. My best quess is that they know it, but want you to use external storage at vimeo or somewhere else to link, but those options costs as much as learnworlds themselves.
If you have a lot of videos, you shouldnt underestimate this post...

After Bluehost made a series of changes that caused my LearnWorlds site to be flagged as “Not a Private Network,” triggering warnings that visitors’ information could be stolen, they were unable to offer any solution. With an important live demo just hours away, I was facing a major problem.

No Exit Strategy if you build with LearnWorlds
We've been with LearnWorlds for 5+ years, and when we went to sell our business we realized we made a huge mistake.
We chose a subscription pricing model for our students, and integrated LearnWorlds with Stripe. When selling the business, we needed to transfer the school to a new Stripe account. LearnWorlds informed us that this not "feasible", and that we would need to cancel all of the student subscriptions, set up a new Stripe account, and then the students would need to re-enroll themselves.
Obviously, such a migration creates a ton of friction for the students, and opened the business up to substantial churn. This effectively killed the value of our business, as it could not be acquired seamlessly.
Great customer support
The customer support team at Learnworlds is responsive and truly cares about helping solve whatever issue you encounter with the platform. LMS platforms are complex, so it's great to know you have a team that is eager to assist in navigating that complexity.
Mostly a Great Provider, Except for Uploads
There is a great deal to like about this LMS provider. Its user interface is excellent, it has great customer support, and the site is nearly always operational. However, if you are converting from another LMS provider and need to upload courses purchased by customers in prior years, as well as course completion certificates, be aware that their system will automatically assign the upload date to all of these activities. This is not good if your customers want to see accurate histories of their prior transactions, or if they need accurate dates on their completion certificates. Given the quality of the rest of its operations, I was surprised that their upload capability was so limited.

Great customer service! I am new to the world of Learning Management Software. I chose Learnworlds as it seemed the most user friendly. I have not been disappointed. Nonetheless, I still run into things I cannot figure out how to do and their customer support is always right there, friendly, clear, articulate and helpful
