Very poor experience. After a survey visit to measure several windows, the company issued a confirmed quotation and took a deposit, which was processed by their office without any suggestion there was an issue with the price.

The surveyor measured the windows and read out the confirmed price during the visit, again without questioning it. On that basis I reasonably relied on the confirmed order.

Over a week later I was told the quote supposedly contained a “pricing error” and the company refused to honour the order. They then cancelled it unilaterally and refunded the deposit (without permission), claiming this somehow resolved the situation. Ignoring the fact they had in fact breached contract.

This left me having to start again with other suppliers at a much higher cost and after a significant delay.

Mistakes can happen, but issuing a confirmed quote, taking a deposit, and then walking away from the agreement days later is extremely unprofessional. The whole situation suggests very poor internal controls and a lack of accountability once an error benefits the company rather than the customer.

I would strongly recommend others avoid this company.

We had blinds fitted ( Perfect Fit cellular) on new bifolds and we are very happy. The quote, fitting etc was all great. So good we had two more rooms done.

We had shutters fitted throughout our house, Jamie and his team were really knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, and the results are superb, we're really happy and would highly recommend Leamington Blinds.

After looking for a supplier we got a few quotes. We found Leamington Blinds the friendliest and most committed to quality and service. After chooing our blinds there was a bit of a delay, but installation was done on time and very professionally. One of the blinds was damaged when it arrived. It was minor, but we didn't need to point it out, the installer immediately picked it up, installed the blind as a temporary solution and told me he had already ordered another. The overall installation didn't disappoint either, we are really happy with final product and the experience. What a pleasure.

My experience with this family business has been excellent. From phone and email communication with Karen and Lorna in the office, to measuring up and fitting my blinds by Jago and Jamie. I always prefer to support local businesses and I can assure anyone who is considering using Leamington Blinds, that you will not be disappointed. I had the wooden white Venetian blinds for both my lounge and bedroom windows and they look amazing. So much more contemporary and clean looking, than awful dowdy net curtains.

This company is brilliant. Their communication is second to none. “Gentle” (their word not mine) reminders of when you have an appointment with them. Punctual, pleasant and a phone call if they are going to be early. On top of that their blinds are exactly what we wanted. A family team. Thank you

The company were flexible as I kept needing to push back the installation date due to building work delays.
The fitter was very friendly and the shutters look great and are good quality! I get lots of compliments on them :)

I have used Leamington Blinds twice now, and have received very responsive, professional service from every department involved -and a fast turnaround. An absolute pleasure doing business! Oh…and very reasonable prices!

Very happy with service delivery and fitting process. External velux blinds are hardly visible, and internal door blinds are great colours and virtually invisible when fully up. Good value too

Venetian blinds installed for bay window in bedroom. Good choice of designs available. Fitting carefully carried out, and area fully cleared up afterwards. Very satisfied with how the blinds are operating 3 months on.
