The technician who came to my house was very nice and respectful throughout the visit, so I want to start by acknowledging that.

However, I have to say I was disappointed with the overall service considering the cost involved. I contacted the company because I was expecting a precise leak detection service that would clearly identify the exact source of the problem. I have water coming up from the kitchen floor near the sink/dishwasher area, and after the inspection I was told there was some water under the washing machine and apparently some near the dishwasher as well.

In the end, I was advised that both appliances may need to be repaired or replaced, which honestly left me with less clarity than I expected after paying around €500 for the service. I was hoping for a much more definitive diagnosis with a clear explanation of exactly what needed to be fixed.

Now I may potentially have to replace or repair two appliances on top of the inspection cost, while still not feeling fully certain about the actual source of the leak.

Again, the technician himself was pleasant and professional, but based on my experience, the value and accuracy of the service did not match my expectations.

I had a mains water leak repaired by this company. I have asked Mr Curry by email, Text and a telephone call to give e me a short report on cause of damage for my insurance company. So that they may consider my claim. It appears Mr. Curry is reluctant to furnish me with a report after almost 3 weeks of asking. Beware is all I will say.
