I've done business in the past with Leaf. When I went to get a small loan for the purchase of a security system, since I had already done business in the past, I did not have to go through the normal "all the documents and tax returns" like I would else where! This made the transaction smooth and painless. Highly recommend.

Previous staff at our agency purchased a piece of equipment with financing through Leafnow. I have left at least five voicemails with our supposed account rep and have never heard as much as a whisper in response. Totally unprofessional. Do not recommend dealing with such a greedy company. If I could rate them negatively, I absolutely would.

Sent a company struggling financially due to a legal battle with the US government to collections when their invoicing team was unresponsive for over 2 months.

We had a c suite swap that resulted in a bill being in Limbo. In addition, this was actioned by a c-suite member who never had signature authority and has been let go. Their invoices lacked the context to bring a new approver up to speed on the nature of the agreement set up. Reached out in December. Required multiple follow ups before finally being handled by someone competent. In that time, it went to collections.

Did they offer to help at all? Nope. Just gave the number to collections. Initial impression is the type of company that would mercilessly damage/destroy another, even when they made a mistake. I wanted to work with them but this type of ruthlessness speaks volumes about this company. Beware!

I've been working with LEAF for over 10 years on equipment financing. They are by far the easiest leasing company to work with. Our rep, Annika, is very responsive. The pricing and terms are always favorable. I highly recommend LEAF.

We are still trying to resolved getting payments posted to Leaf that were paid to Timepayment, their predecessor. Repeated requests to send proof of previous payment, which we have sent 5 times. Every time we are told it will be resolved and nothing happens. Current payments keep being posted to the last open invoice regardless of the fact May 2023 and June 2023 payments to Timepayment are not showing up on our account.
