Absolute amateurs! I can not give them less than a star unfortunately.
They asked the same documents multiple time, even documents I sent them weeks ago.
They asked the same question on evening and morning even if was responded in the evening straight away.
They asked information/documents which are not relevant for my case.
They gave me false information.
They do not have any clue how to communicate with the client and explain what are the steps and what the client has to do.
They are rude having to call having to call 5 times in a day to be answered once plus email where they don't respond.
They don't know to read a bank statement.
An absolute nightmare! Avoid!

This company helped to complete our remortgage. However we found our appointed person to lack in communication sharing, proactiveness, chasing external agencies involved etc. They quoted us different to what they had already quoted us halfway through but agreed to continue thank goodness! They waited until us as the customer asked for updates to then chase or provide issues that had been ongoing for days. The whole process of remortgage took 3 months! Whilst some delay was due to external reasons a large proportion of this was due to this company and their team. This lead to us paying varied rates. When I expressed my concerns and complaints to our appointed person and their manager it was acknowledged that delays did occur however they were unwilling to expect any responsibility and any compensation for the time lost and money lost.

I would not recommend and will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

We did reach completion and I am grateful for that, but in the early stages of the process it seemed as if my case wasn’t a priority. My case handler was seemingly unavailable and very difficult to get in contact with and things took an awful long time to be responded to. I believe that had things been dealt with better in the earlier stages, I could have moved in a week earlier. At the end of the day, we got to completion though and I am grateful for this.

We had a great experience with the solicitors. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and communication throughout was excellent. We were kept updated at every stage and always felt like we knew what was happening. Would definitely recommend their services and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Are buyers turned up before anyone told us then had to wait 3 hours before we got keys to new house how can you get a call to say money being transfered than have to wait 3 hours comunication has to inprove

I highly recommend Ms Comfort at LPL for conveyancing services. They recently handled both the sale of my old property and the purchase of my new home flawlessly. The communication was excellent throughout, and they made a normally stressful process feel completely manageable. I will absolutely use them again in the future!

Communication was very good and we were kept updated at every stage. A special thank you to Elliot for all his help, particularly towards exchange and completion when things became a little stressful with the chain. He was always responsive, kept chasing the other side and made sure everything was ready from our side.

Buying your first home can be quite stressful, but having good communication made a huge difference. Thank you to everyone involved for helping us finally get the keys to our new home!

Really good experience with LPL. They were recommended to me by my mortgage advisor and they were able to work on a tight schedule for me and still be able to complete within a timeframe. Luke was my case handler and he was incredible and would always call back almost immediately if I were to call.

Beatrice was amazing. She was always approachable, transparent and really positive throughout. My experience of the moving process has always been very negative and while this move was still difficult, it was in no way due to LPL or Beatrice. Thank you for all your help

Beatrice was absolutely amazing during the process of selling & buying our house. She was extremely efficient, communicated with us every step of the way and was lovely to deal with. The online portal was easy to use. We had a great experience overall.

My 4th experience with LPL.. I found onboarding a bit tedious this time however as soon as I was allocated our conveyancer Elliot Clarence he turned this all around. A credit to the company - extremely knowledgable, confident, straight to the point, fantastic communication, really have no faults whatsoever! Thank you Elliot for helping with our sale & purchase.

LPL were fantastic and proactive and put our sellers solicitors to shame. They were great value, thorough and super efficient. I would recommend them to everyone.

Zahra was our representative and she had my best interest during the process. And was helping me all through with the correct ways to deal with a stubborn estate agent who had aggressive sales tactics during price negotiations.

Clare Miller at LPL has been fantastic. It is the second time that she has done conveyancing for us. She handled it all so well, answered our questions and we had no concerns at all.

I felt like I was in excellent hands with Erica. Every time we spoke, she made me feel at ease, was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable. She was super communicative, especially when closing in on completion, and transparently explained when anything wasn’t quite going to plan on the seller’s side. She was incredibly professional but had a friendly manner, making her very approachable. She was very much on my side and I cannot recommend her enough!
