Happy customer
I ordered a 38' monitor with LDLC pro that I couldn't find anywhere else (it was sold out due to people working from Home during covid times I guess).
Super that they had it in stock, good price, fast delivery and really happy with the whole experience.

Worst of the Worst IT providers
Worst of the Worst IT providers. The only one in Europe that cant give after-sales funds back. Over 600 euro stuck on their website, due to the fact it cannot be spend on their website due to the lack of stock.
According to their own government website this is AGAINST the law, but pressing the matter is going to be a very tough one. I recommend avoiding this website if you ever think if anything is wrong, and wanting your money back.

The accounting services told me that since you're not a regisetred costumer, you will have to ask your bank for a return of funding. Otherwise they can't refund you.
