I live in a town with no camera shop, so ordering on line and having the film delivered within 24 hours was a bonus, than you.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was on time. Thank you.

Ordered Nikon 24-120 f4 lens at a great price, lens arrived in great condition and was well worth the money, LCE 5 stars all round.
The DPD delivery took 3 attempts, first pin did not arrive so driver took lens away, 2nd van arrived but parcel was left at depot, 3rd attempt arrived late, next time I will get it sent to my local LCE branch and collect from there as 3 holiday days used for 1 lens.

After using other camera sales sites, and being let down with very poor service or very poor products, I used LCE for the first time and, wow, what a lovely lot of people if you need to speak to them, used gear that is actually better than advertised, will now use LCE in future WEX please take notice, LCE have better customer service.

Hats off to Carl for exceptional and straightforward service. He spotted a snag on a pair of used Nikon binos I'd bought, and phoned me before posting. Given full disclosure, he then offered a lower price which I accepted. Top marks, and refreshing given my recent experiences with different (and famous) retailer in the south west area, who became very difficult over a similar incedent post delivery.
As a bonus, they also arrived the day after. Thanks Carl!

I ordered a lens you sent me a lens not much to say really.

Whole process was completed in just four days from initial quotation,dropping off trade in item at Norwich to the teleconverter being delivered from the Oxford branch to Norfolk. The teleconverter was as described and indistinguishable from new.

I have bought and sold used equipment with LCE several times and at various branches. The experience has been exemplary and the recent purchase of a used Fuji lens is no exception. When selling to them, their offers are generous and when buying from them their prices are often better than ebay - and you get a guarantee. I really can't find fault.

The whole buying experience was first class, the camera arrived very well packed and in great condition. Carl and the rest of the team are knowledgeable and friendly, they deserve more than five stars.
