I am very happy. I ordered two t-shirts one was the wrong size, and they sent me the right size one even before I sent the other back. Very trusting and matt was very helpful and polite. I will be getting all (a few) of my christmas presents from here A*

read some fairly ominous reviews on here but everything else looked good including selection and price and it seems the only place in the world you can get some stuff. Anyway I ordered and sure enough it arrived, i think after about 2 days so not bad. I would buy again

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! ORDERED PROJECTION ALARM CLOCK EARLY JUNE AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT OR A REFUND. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS PHONE OR REPLIES TO EMAILS. ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS. THE POSITIVE REVIEWS HAVE TO BE FROM THEMSELVES, I DON'T BELIEVE THEY HAVE ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER. NOW TAKING MATTERS FURTHER, THEY WONT GET AWAY WITH THIS!

I wish I had looked for reviews on this company before ordering anything.
One of the products I ordered was clearly a 'returns' item which had already been opened and was broken. I have tried contacting them via their website, email and telephone. But have been ignored

Worst Service ever. Lazybone have taken my money a month ago and still i have not received my item i have emailed them about six times no reply i would have bought alot from them as this is my Kind of website but never again first time ive been ripped off by a website. One Word appaling!!

Not sure how I found this site, it was some random search for gifts, but anyway its weird and wonderful, well priced and easy to use.
I ordered 6 things in all! I bought a lamp which was not cheap but could not find it anywhere else, and 5 other things including a tshirt. I did get tracking about 24 hours after my order and although it got delayed I think this was due to parcelforce. So in all good products and fairly good delivery

Theres probably too much stuff on this site that is a tad bizarre and you probably never need but I have to say I can always find something weird for about everyone i need to buy stuff for. i even order myself a few things.
in summary, random, but pretty good and my order arrived on time with a free gift

ordered thursday and recived on tuesday, so not the fasfest but i did get tracking sent on friday. gifts were good price and all that i could have hoped for so yes very good

everything arrived on time, could have been packed better, it was lots of small stuff in a big box

I ordered some items at the beginning of December as stocking fillers. It is now mid February and they still haven't been delivered. Lazybones customer service is practically non existent, when they do respond they ignore the message they have been sent and ask what the problem is.

I ordered two lamps and only received one.no email notification of delay, I found out when the order arrived.then i contacted them and they apologised saying the order would be on its way soon and 3 weeks later still no lamp. My emails are now being ignored. Tried the customer service number multiple times and have only ever gotten an answering machine. To make matters worse I've since found the lamp I'm waiting on cheaper elsewhere. Nightmare. I just want information on my order and for someone to get back to me. I was billed a month ago!

I ordered a item from the store and was initially very pleased with it. After exactly a month after receiving it, it broke which made it unfit for its purpose. I contacted the store using their own procedure and it has now been over a week with absolutely no response whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement to my emails.
I was not even asking for my money back but just for a simple exchange in order to get a working fit for purpose replacement.

I made my order on 23rd January and still waiting with no aswers from messages and e-mails,my order is #36248. They have have a complete lack of respect with the consumer. I want my order or my money back!!!

Placed order last week and its all here already - great service - great value for money. Only problem is that the choice of stuff to buy is too big - spent far too long on the website and could easily have spent hundreds.....
Have now put LazyboneUK into my Favourites Tab and won't bother with other "Gadget" sites 'coz they're not as good....

I have no problems with this site, the layout for the site is great and the preorder dates are mostly accurate although there are times when it has been pushed further forward but I don't believe they have much control over that. The navigation is very easy and the searching is good, finds things well.

One of the things that I really like about it is the cheap postage and the cheapness of the items, there are many offers to look out for even more so when you are looking to pre-order items, they are usually discounted more than when the product is released which is good.
When it comes to the free postage though, if you're buying something like a book then you will end up getting it much cheaper than if you bought it off a diffrent online site that chargers more for postage. As well as if the book has an offer on it, you will end up getting it much cheaper than you could in a book store!

One small problem I had with products from this site is one DVD races I had ordered was slightly damaged, nothing major and it only happend once, every other time I have recived items both on time and in good condition, which is great.
Another thing I am pleased with is the status of what you have ordered, it will tell you when it is in packing as well as when it is posted, among others, which is great for keeping track of it. Overall, I think this is a great site to buy from, it's cheap and easy to navigate.

Have ordered twice, and ok the 2nd order has not yet arrived (only ordered an hour ago) but the first arrived in 1-2 working days, I ordered on friday and it turned up on monday, so yes no complaints there, arrived quickly and packaged very well. If there was one complaint it was delivered by courier and it was lucky I was in at the time to sign for it.
Seen some bad reviews but most companies have reviews like this as people only tend to review when unhappy with a service. Thats why I am writing this as i was surprised to see anything negative, although will update this if my 2nd order does not show. So far though excellent

Ordered and goods delivered 3 days later so everything GREAT

Bought 4 items and all delivered at the same time 3 days later so no complaints whatsoever
