The service is awful. My sister ordered one to surprise me for my birthday but it arrived weeks after it was supposed to. As I didn’t know she had ordered one, I ordered another which I had to return. I had to pay to return it and they pretended to refund me and messed me around. In the end I had to contact PayPal to open a dispute to which they did not reply so I finally got my refund back by default, 2 months after I sent the device back!

Order came through very quick, which i was happy about. I have used product for about 2 months now. Once a week as described. I have course hair and i have not shown no sizes of it slowing down. I resarched product before i brought it and it did have good reviews, but for me it has made no difference. I wouldnt recommend at all.

I ordered mine at the beginning of the week and arrived the next day. It honestly is the easiest thing to use. But you actually feel like it's doing something so hopefully I start having less hair grow back soon.

I've used it for a month and have noticed a complete change in my hair. It's worked and I am truly so happy it has. The service was also good and I received my order the next day.

I got mine this week. I've used it for the first time this morning and it's great.

Delivery was quick and the support team really helped me with a few questions I had before and after purchase.

Ordered this item about 7 weeks ago, used twice, stopped working. Asked to send video of item not working!! this i did and was advised by Ruth i would get a replacement approximately 4 weeks ago. Have now asked for refund due to no replacement being received. Now company not resonding to any emails i send. Disappointing product and company.

Not happy at all, received the product used for a matter of minutes and it broke and they won’t refund me said it has to be a replacement. Asked again for a refund as I now have no faith in the product due to it becoming faulty so quick and also feels very cheap but I’m now being ignored. Would not recommend the lazar hair product at all!! Not happy

I have been using it for month and working because I noticed the hair around my face and side burn area has not grown back for over a week. I didn't have high hopes but I am impressed with the laziskin

This is a scam beware. I returned faulty product at own expense have not received a refund and now they are attempting to take remaining balance in spite of this.AVOID these scammers

Me: Blonde brown hair.

Results: I've owned mine for 4 months and noticed it works better in some areas than others. Facial hair has been amazing, hardly a hair left. Leg hair hardly grows back properly. Bikini needs a bit more work but happy with results.

Service: I ordered mine and arrived the next morning. Had a tonne of questions which were answered quickly.

I'll continue to use it but I'm happy with the results.

I would give zero stars if I could.
I have used the product once a week and on the recommended settings.
After 3 uses, my legs got all burned and now those became scars.
I have entered in touch and they refused to give me a refund (not even compensation!!!). After insisting, they agreed to give refund 'out of courtesy' so I sent the product back and never got my money back.
They received the product on the 24th July and still nothing. They completely disappeared - no answers on Facebook, Instagram or emails. They are a huge scam!!! It's not trustworthy. I have pictures of the burns/scars on my legs.

I have very thick brown hair, that grows super fast! this device has halved the amount of hair I have and also cut my shaving down from 3 days a week to once a week, their customer service is amazing! My device stopped working a few days ago and I emailed customer service, all I had to do was send them a video of the device and they (as we speak) are sending me out a new device, their customer care is fabulous! I even have a few friends and family making orders this week they love my results and said the customer care was the icing on the cake and they will definitely be purchasing

If I could leave 0 stars i would do not buy from this company.... my daughter purchased from them 90 day guarantee its stopped working after 1 use she mailed them immediately sent video footage as requested and these scammers now choose to ignore her .... absolutely disgusting service .... i wonder how many of these good reviews are from real customers!!!

I was holding off leaving a review on here as I'd not used it that long. I've now had my Laziskin for 6 weeks and have seen a big difference in hair growth on my legs (I wear shorts all day for my job)

It started growing back in bits but now it's completely slowed down on both legs and hardly ever have to shave. I've started to use it on my arms and face and it's started showing some results.

I couldn't be happier because my hair would grow back so quickly 🙈 definitely na recommended product from me.

Bought it for my birthday used it once and it stopped working wasn't cheap neither.dont bother buying unless u have money to burn.

It's been a real game changer for me. I started using it on level 4 and saw a real difference around my face and legs. It is so simple to use too.

Staff here are more than helpful and always helped me on Instagram.

Delivery was free and mine arrived the next day! The packaging was nice too.

All in all I'm more than pleased with my purchase and even happier now that I'm seeing results. 100 percent recommend laziskin!!!!

IPL machine doesn't work. I've used it regularly on setting 5 for 12 weeks. Absolutely nothing has happened. Waste of money

USE PAYPAL OR YOU WONT GET A REFUND SHOCKING SERVICE. If you’re gonna take the risk of buying this crap , USE PAYPAL or else you won’t get your money back if u want it !!!!! They won’t refund your money. Was in touch with ‘Ruth’ who assured me they had processed the refund and when PayPal got on the case they told me a refund had never been processed. Scum init

Writing another review as I’ve been using it for about 2/3 months, and it does work! My underarm hair use to be really thick and would never be smooth whenever I shaved there would always be a shadow, and now the hair is patchy and grows back less. If I carry on I guarantee it’ll be gone.. my bikini it’s taking a little bit longer but defiantly makes the hair grow less! I did have problems with delivery but apart from that it’s worth the money xx
