Friendly and helpful hosting company
I was having problems with my old server company and a friend recommended these guys. The sales staff talked me through the moving my servers to them and were very helpful. I've only had to use their live chat support once but found the technical people talked to me in English which is my preferred language rather than techie code :)
I've just moved my second server to them and would highly recommend
