Don't buy I bought four and got ripped off

Ordered this laybean in April 2016. October 2016 and still no product received, not answering emails. Putting a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs to ensure others don't fall for this. This is just unacceptable and will be seeking the return of the money I paid for goods not received.

Ordered a bag for my wife's birthday. Got it over a month later. When she finally tried it leaked!!
Tried now to enter their wab page to find out how to get a new one. It did not work.
Reading the other reviews I assume these guys "took the money and run".

I will never buy and pre-pay anything if the company havn't existed for several years and have a solid financial base. I look at this as learning money.

Do not buy from them!!
Not that it is possible anymore I guess.

These guys at MOSEL APS in Odense, are very good at taking your money.
I never received my order and had to make a complaint through my bank to get my money back.
They have more companies out there, so watch out!!!

I have been waiting for more then 4 months still nothing.
Same response each time you ask when you'll get your product... (out of stock delivery problems bla bla bla) Don't buy here!!!!
Place a complaint at you creditcard company!!

I ordred and paid for my Laybeany in May 2016. It is now August and not only have I not received it but they won't reply to my emails. I'm not convinced I'll ever receive the product or a refund.

Do not order this is a scam.

Paid $55 in May, emailed the company several times asking where my order was and was told that it was about to ship. Now they've stopped replying to my emails.

About to get onto the credit card company to see if they can refund the money and investigate them.

Sent many emails but never received the product!
These are internet criminals and should be put in jail.

No delivery, no replies on e-mails.

I only gave it one star because no-stars wasn't an option. My credit card was charged almost immediately, but I have never received my order and they are not returning my emails. This company is clearly a fraud. A great ad and video, coupled with the best price and delivery times on the market for similar products, advertised on their site tricks you into ordering from this site, but don't do it! You will never receive your product.

Completely happy, no issues at all

I bought 1 laybeany 12.June and didn't get it yet, sent already 3 email asking what's happening and get no answer , yesterday I sent them another email canceling my order and 24h lather still waiting for 1 answer, I will not stop until I have my money back 😠😠

We ordered three bags so that we could use them on our holiday. After two weeks we did not receive anything yet. Then they informed us that there was a huge demand and the bags were out of stock. After our holiday (another three weeks) we still have not received anything yet. The last email we have received, was the ability to cancel the order.

We do hope that they will refund.

Our advice: do not buy at laybeany.com. Bad service and false promises!

First of all, the delivery time does not work at all. Instead 2-3 days it took 3 weeks. When sending the product back, I did not get any Information or refund.
After e-Mailing they confirmed that they have received the return, but they did not do any refund.
THIS COMPANY IS 100% FRAUD. DONT ORDER THERE!!!

Been waiting 6 weeks, still no delivery. Customer service is non-existent.

I like the product, slow delivery. Good quality still great. :)

Just perfect, a bit practise before use and its awesome.
