Excellent service
I have just sold a property in the NT and had Alex Popovic of Lawlab as the conveyancer. Alex was excellent - highly responsive, knowledgeable, pragmatic, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. There were a few little complications with this sale but Alex took it all in his stride and resolved each issue quickly and efficiently and at no additional cost to me. For me, it was a very positive experience with a highly professional operator. I would absolutely use Alex and Lawlab again and I highly recommend them.
Be careful of this Firm. Depends on the individual you are dealing with.
I had a terrible experience using LawLab for a recent purchase. The first time I used them it was fine... okay. Not great, very minimal but the path of least resistance.
This time I would say that the service and advice is negligible and negligent. What one of their solicitors is assisting me with is a standard process and one would hope she's done before. Her tardiness and lack of attention cost me money!!! Fines for lateness etc.
They offered to refund some of the monies on the proviso that I take down my Google review. I would have updated the review including the stars but felt bullied. To offer a partial refund in a multi page solicitors letter is bullying. The phone call was okay and I was prepared to make major edits. But not after receiving the demands.
Do not use this firm. Excuses and delays that cost a lot! And not to mention the bullying.
