Money debited, no reaction, no confirmation email, no order number
2020-12-29: period table ordered (shopvitant.com), money was transferred (lavishion), but not even a confirmation e-Mail was sent (screen shot shows that my e-mail was correct).

Be aware! You end up paying 200% for dropshipping items and they arrive broken! Item comes from Hong Kong and you need to return it to USA!

Same thing happened to me. Crooks!

I ordered the Atomic Periodic Table for my granddaughter on Sept. 17, 2020. Today is October 9, 2020. Nothing has arrived. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered because the same thing is happening to me....if you phone, the automated voice says the same thing EVERY single day...currently receiving higher than usual call box...really??? Probably all complaints like mine. When I track my item, it shows only that it was ordered....NO MOVEMENT whatsoever!!! This is a SCAM!! Instagram needs to jerk them off their site. I,m so mad at myself for losing this $100.

Do NOT buy from Lavishion! I for whatever reason fell for one of their Instagram ads for that periodic table with real elements in it. Well, suffice it to say, that post as well as over half their posts on Instagram were conveniently deleted after I placed my order.
The webpage for payment behaves like a normal payment process, but at checkout in PayPal, you are not given the option to select goods and services. Because you’re not making a payment...you’re making an instant money transfer. That is red flag number one.
Red flag number two comes in the form of the fact that they’re “final sale” of “limited products” has a timer on it...that ALWAYS resets to 25-30 minutes every half hour or so. Always! No matter what time of day you check, the counter is never above 30 minutes for a “final sale”. I don’t think they even know how “final sales” work.
Red flag number three comes in the form of asking for a refund within the timeframe of their return/refund policy...and then being told it’s too late for a refund. So, yeah.
Red flag number four is obviously the domain for the site was created only 4-5 months ago.
Red flag number five is obviously the reviews of people not receiving their orders even after 4-5 months. On top of that, add in the hundreds of fake reviews they receive on their “products”.
Red flag number six...is auto replies to emails and complaints after 24-48 hours.
Red flag number seven is the fact that they’re not the original creators of the “Atomica periodic table” product. In fact, the original name of said product is actually “Heritage Periodic Table” from Engineered Labs. Lavishion is clearly just another scam that EL warns about.
And red flag number eight is after a few auto responses to a PayPal claim, they try and make it seem as if a third party is gettin involved with your claim. In my case, they tried to make me think that Apple was getting involved with my claim, stating that they were investigating.
They’re customer service is awful as well, being nothing but auto responses.
Save your money, people. I managed to finally convince them to give me a refund after notifying my bank of the scam, but I can’t say the same is true for the people who aren’t going to get their products after waiting 4-5 months.
DO NOT BUY FROM LAVISHION!!! THEIR SITE IS ALL A SCAM!!!

Little Cat Silicone Light arrived in month tho the promise was 8-17 workdays. It was sent to a place that I had not agreed to. The lamp looked bigger in the picture and the package was completely mangled. The only reason I´m giving it 2 stars is that the package arrived unlike for some people.

Beware they are fooling customers!!!!!

It a big scam. Order mine back in may and have not received any thing.

I m also stuck with this company. My product is still not received. I ordered on 5 April . Still haven’t received any thing. All of you please be careful. Not to buy from this types of unknown website specially through credit card.

Ordered a phone case from there more than 5 weeks ago. Been trying to chase down the item for weeks now with only an automated response. Now after reading reviews I noticed there are loads more people in same position. DO NOT BUY from them. This is a SCAM. Beware

I also placed an order on 22 April. Again item not received despite chasing them on numerous occasions. They say once collected it is beyond their control. What rubbish they know who collected the item. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund.

BUYER BEWARE!
I purchased this iPhone case April 23, 2020. It's been showing as out for delivery since May 29. It also said to contact them if I have not received in two business days. I contacted them but no response other then an automated reply telling me that someone will be in touch soon. Nothing!
I'm calling my credit card company to cancel payment because they refuse to cancel my order and refund me my money.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Ive been waiting over a month for my delivery. When tracking the order it says that the product is in transit and has remain like this since the 8th of May (5h of june today) and the order was placed on the 25th of April. I can understand with the pandemic going on that delays are expected but this is ridiculous! When reaching out i get an apology and told to use their tracking link with no explanation on why its delayed. Its their product, how can they not get a status update or reason for the delay. And refunds are out of the question, they simply avoid the topic. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
