An Immoral Company

A very bad company - deletes and blocks people who have had a bad experience of their products.

Their products are not safe.

Suppressing negative comments on social media.

I was advertised their product on Facebook, I immediately pointed out that sleep pod products have been linked to an increased risk of sudden infant death syndrome.

They blocked me from commenting on any of their posts and deleted my comment.

I bought one of these for a new grandchild, haven’t received it yet but saw all the angry faces on Fb and did some checking. I wrote on their Fb post “is it true you delete all negative reviews”. They not only deleted my comment, they blocked me from commenting on all their crap. Bad bad business practice......

Products are not safe for baby sleep

Products are not safe for baby sleep. Go against all regulations and recommendations. See the lullaby trust or NHS website on how to keep your baby safe at night.
Their main source of advertising is Facebook where they delete any comment that points out how unsafe they are.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Actively selling items which are totally unsafe and which increase risk of suffocation in babies. People are trying to warn others on their Facebook page but the owners are constantly deleting negative comments - they know they are selling death traps!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - AN EMPTY COT IS A SAFE COT!!!

stay clear of this company and product!

These products are not safe to use! They go against the NHS safe sleep guidance and using them could cause an increase in SIDS. Terrible that a company are marketing these and then delete the comments in their Facebook when safe sleep is brought up. Stay well clear of this company and the product!

Do not risk your baby’s life

Lavish Moms sell products that KILL BABIES. They are not recommended by the Lullaby trust and pose a significant risk to your baby if you purchase their goods. Do not do it. It’s not worth the risk!
The company deletes poor comments or comments warning other mums of the dangers, which is disgusting. It’s sickening that this company puts profit over infant safety.

Yeah these items should be avoided at…

Yeah these items should be avoided at all costs an empty cot is a safe cot these are a death trap and increase the risk of sids, I'd rather a baby that wakes every few hrs to a baby that you wake up to find dead as it's suffocated, the Facebook page deletes and blocks any negative comments within seconds so all you see are good reviews please avoid this company and any company that trys to sell these things there just out for profit and not the safety of your baby

Death traps

This company sell sleep pods and claim that they prevent babies getting flat heads. What they fail to mention is that such sleep aids significantly increase the risk of SIDS and babies have died whilst using them. Although it isn't illegal to sell them (which is ridiculous in itself) the fact that they delete comments on social media which state how dangerous sleep pods are clearly shows how little they care about the welfare of your baby and how greedy they are to make a profit out of something so harmful. I'd also like to take this opportunity to let mums know that if your baby isn't sleeping much at night (hence the reason you might be tempted to buy one of these) then your baby is perfectly normal. Babies are meant to wake frequently, it is the biological norm. Waking regularly enables babies to feed (something we definitely need babies to do, especially in the early days), it enables baby to feel close to his/ her mother which in turn regulates their breathing, temperature and heart rate. If you really want a good nights sleep, look into safe bedsharing which reduces the risk of SIDS when done safely. Do not buy one of these products unless you're willing to risk losing your baby!

It wouldn't let me give 0 stars.

It wouldn't let me give 0 stars.

These people are disgusting. Not only are they selling unsafe sleep products for babies, they delete comments within minutes on their Facebook page if you try to educate potential customers on the danger of the product. It's sickening that they care more about money than the lives of all these babies.

Selling products which blatantly go against safe sleep guidelines, putting their need for profit above the safety of infants, deleting comments on their posts when the public tries to warn others away, banning people from commenting further!! What more is there to say? They are a disgrace of a company. Please boycott!! An empy cot is a safe cot #LullabyTrust #SafeSleepGuidelines

Avoid this company!

Avoid this company!
Ordered an item from this website, the item has not turned up, and is no longer needed. I emailed the company to cancel the order and request the refund. The company sent me back their shipping policy and said no to issuing a refund.
I left a number of comments on their social media which were all just deleted without any response. They are also now ignoring my emails.
They have my money for an item that a i have not received and b is no longer required.
The products they sell say in their policy it can take up to a month to ship, I think because they are knock off goods from China.
Spend your money elsewhere.
This company has zero customer service and do not abide by the consumer rights act.
