Would order from them again!
I ordered a pair of the 10k yellow gold friction earring backings. My package got lost in the mail, however, I contacted Lavari Jewelers and they were very accommodating. First of all, they messaged back quickly. As soon as they knew what the problem was, they sent me out another back pair. They, also, told me they were going to send out 2 pairs to make up for the first pair getting lost in the mail. Super sweet and they were very understating. I would definitely order for them again. Things happen and you can't blame the company for your lost packages. Thank you!
