Irritates Skin

Gold plated mini omega chain I received as a gift, which I specifically asked for, is unwearable because it irritates my skin. My partner can’t return it because of the fifteen day return policy. He bought it a few weeks before giving it to me for Valentine’s Day.

LAME!

LAME!! Return policy is the worst and the $110 faux gold hoop earrings didn’t even clasp shut. Totally disappointing and frustrating- i now have a $220 credit
( bought 2 pairs) that i dont even want to use there - store credit only.
Oh!!! Also. If u are unhappy when u receive the order online- act fast for store credit. If you return past 15 days of receipt of item- they add on a $10 restock fee. So F’d up!!! Never again

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I bought the Luna ring and a statement chain that seems to have been discontinued on a sample sale.

I've had this brand on my radar for years and love the designs but could never justify the price point. I'm so glad I never pulled the trigger. When I received the items, they came with a little paper slip saying they wouldn't accept returns on sample sale items. It's because they know their product is garbage.

I put the luna ring on and immediately it felt cheap--like a piece of costume jewelry I could buy at target. The inside of the ring is hollow, like concave, which you can't tell from the photos. I would expect a $150 ring to have a little substance to it. There's no stamping or branding either, which was a red flag to me.

What REALLY upset me though, is that I wore the ring out to dinner and it was already scratched. ONE WEAR AND THE PLATING WAS SCRATCHED OFF. I picked up a fork and that was enough to ruin the ring. What do they expect people to do while wearing their jewelry? Pose like a model and touch nothing? Even opening a doorknob or a car door I would have ruined it. I am SO SO so disappointed in the quality of these products and even spending only $100 I feel like I got completely scammed. I haven't been wearing the ring because every time I put it on I get angry.

I like the necklace more, however after a few wears the brass is already showing on the inside of the clasp.

These products are total garbage. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Have to agree with the others here

Have to agree with the others here. The designs are great but craftsmanship very poor. For $250 and beyond you should at least be getting plating that lasts more than a month of wear. Would actually prefer the jewelry to be made from stainless steel rather than lose all of the silver coloring now after a year of wearing this platinum-plated necklace. It literally makes my skin smell like metal wearing it now. The matching bracelet only made it about 2 weeks until it started to patina and the clasp broke. I sent it in to get fixed…And it broke again within DAYS. I told them about this and they wouldn’t send me the replacement part and I’d have to send it back in for repair, which would cost me this time. My advice…Invest in nicer jewelry that will last you a lifetime. This ain’t it.

Avoid at all costs. Bad quality, bad customer service.

Purchased 2 Laura Lombardi necklaces. One has excessive tarnishing after less than 6 months of ownership and 4 wears. A 2nd one broke upon cleaning. When I advised customer service of the issues I was told it was I should be wiping the jewellery down after each wear (which is ridiculous). They advised I could also pay for repair. No option of credit or refund (as samples), but a discount if I wanted . After spending over £100 very disappointing. Very poor quality. Do not recommend this brand at all.

Low quality and no returns, only store credit

It is a real business, however, make sure you read their return policy’s fine print. They will not refund, only issue a store credit and shipping is on you. You should know this because their quality is very low for the price. I ordered a Cinzia bracelet which should have been plated with 14k gold. The item I received has links and a clasp that are unplated copper and many of the links have noticeable gaps in the links. The quality of this bracelet is extremely low and their customer service is hiding behind the small print on their exchange policy. This is certainly shady in this day and age to not stand behind the quality of an item that is advertised as mid-luxury, and then to penalize customers for the price of exchanging while not offering returns.
Two stars because these terms are in their return policy, however they are very misleading unless you dive into the fine print.
