Delivery was excellent good value for money

Great product delivered in a timely fashion

Very pleased with this airer. I needed a heavy duty rotary airer for heavy work sheets that would take a full load without bending and this is perfect. Easy website to use and good delivery.

the sign of a good company is what they do if things go wrong. the item was damaged on delivery. The laundry company just sorted it and put it right. Very pleased, excellent product and fantastic service thank you

My dryer arrived today all correct ,it was only four days between my phone call to the laundry company and them delivering the correct item. so well done, would i use this company again, wrong delivery was sloppy but yes i would use them again.

If it where possible I would give no stars to this company however I can’t as it does not allow this after arranging a date with the laundry company to return the battered item I ordered the courier rang me (dx) to say they couldn’t pick up my item this was at 4.38pm on the day they where supposed to pick it up I then asked why they couldn’t and was told they had no one to do it ridiculous so when I phoned the laundry company I got a cheeky lady called Rosie who didn’t know much about anything and spoke over me kept saying that the courier was independent and could not even guarantee they would collect on the alternative date given what an absolute joke of a firm beware you have been warned

Rip off merchants. Selling a Hills rotary dryer with a claimed ‘was’ price of £143 and selling for £99.
Should have done our homework because when it arrived it was immediately obvious it was worth half that. On further investigation we found it retailing elsewhere for less than £50. A lesson learned.

Customer service couldn’t care less and were just evasive. Wouldn’t use this firm again under any circumstances.

Very disappointing and slow customer service. I ordered a dual recycling kitchen bin with a top opening, as my son has cerebral palsy and can't manage pedal bins. When it arrived the lid sprang open and wouldn't close again, so I repackaged to return as faulty. It took ages to get them to reply to me to arrange a return. When the bin got back to them they said it wasn't faulty so took away the return fee before refunding my money. I wouldn't have gone to all the bother of returning had the product worked. Really disappointing customer service and attitude. Not a company that can be trusted to listen to their customers. I would not use them again.

Item received was damaged. Sent email no response so I sent another. They then replied advising basically ‘too busy to respond’ email in a supposed queue & to wait. No automatic reply advising of any delay - I had to find out for myself. Not helpful at all & still awaiting a refund. I would have been happy with a replacement but the time it’s taking is ridiculous so refund it is. They seem very unprofessional in their approach.

Ordered kitchen bin for £100+ , arrived in a box. Box ok, but bin had a big dent on the side. E-mailed. Got part of the bin, no lids, just then bin. Unfortunately second bin with broken plastic bits on the bottom. So frustrated. I don't think anyone checked those bins before sending them out!

Ordered a Leifheit DELUXE rotary washing line and COMFORT model delivered. As this is for my 87 yr old mother in law the Comfort model is unsuitable. Phoned company and recorded message says to email which I did. Auto Email Response says they will respond within 5 working days. That came and went. Emailed again. No response. I shall claim a refund on my credit card. Order from this company at your peril.

I ordered a rotary dryer from this company.

The money has been taken from my credit card. However, they are saying that I have not completed my order.

I telephoned them to sort it out but their "customer service" number is answered by a voicemail saying that they are not taking calls and to email instead.

I don't understand why they are wasting their customers' time by putting the number on the website and in emails if they are not going to answer it.

When I sent them an email, they sent back an automatic reply saying that it would take them five working days to reply.

That email mentions the name of three people working in "customer service". Heaven knows how many people are complaining to them if it takes three people five working days to get to a complaint.

They are not too busy to send me regular emails suggesting that I should "complete my purchase", which - of course - I can't do as I have already paid and do not intend to pay again.

I have now cancelled my order and purchased the product for a slightly higher price from a reputable supplier, but face the hassle of getting my money back from them.

This was really a no-star experience. I will never use Laundry Company again and suggest that no-one else should either.

Easy transaction and prompt delivery.
