Unfortunately, it now appears to be nothing more than a scam. I advise avoiding this platform. This is the second time I have been prevented from withdrawing my coins from the platform. Support consists only of incompetent AI agents who do not resolve issues.

I’ve already sent all required KYC and ticket details — still nothing.
Many other users on Trustpilot report the same withdrawal delays or frozen funds, so it’s clearly not an isolated case.

It’s disappointing because the trading interface itself works fine, but the withdrawal process feels risky and opaque.
Until this is fixed, I wouldn’t recommend keeping large amounts on LATOKEN.

LA Token has frozen my account citing AML reasons, except my account is already verified and has passed KYC.

My LATOKEN account (Ticket #360827) has been frozen for weeks due to an AML review. I have submitted my full KYC documents — including my passport, bank statements, and proof of source of funds from my registered company. These funds represent nearly 50% of my savings and are intended for a down payment on our future home.

I’ve cooperated fully and responded to every request. Despite this, there’s been no progress or timeline offered. I’m asking LATOKEN to review my case urgently and restore access to my funds.

This is incredibly stressful and damaging to my trust in the platform. I hope someone from the compliance or leadership team sees this and responds accordingly.

I deposited approximately $2,500 worth of STEEM into my LATOKEN account. The transaction was completed successfully on the blockchain, with the correct TXID and memo. Despite this, the funds have not yet been credited to my account.

I have reached out to LATOKEN support multiple times, providing all the necessary information, including screenshots and TXID. So far, I’ve only received automated replies, and it has been over 24 hours with no clear update or resolution.

While I understand that delays may happen, the lack of personalized assistance and transparency has been disappointing. I hope this situation is resolved soon and that LATOKEN can improve its support responsiveness for cases like mine.

On 27 april 2025 I made a withdrawal of 700 usdt but up till now I have not received my funds. I have contacted Latoken several times (via X, website support, telegram, email) but they don’t respond. The same experiences for many others you can read here on trustpilot and on X. They have closed telegram group for everyone and blocked me on X. Here on trustpilot I read the CEO of Latoken ,Valentin Preobrazhensky, doesn’t even pay his employees salaries! Meanwhile Latoken’s trading platform is still operational and the CEO (Valentin) tries to attract ignorant new customers to deposit their money via different social media sites. Watch out, don’t send funds to Latoken. You won’t be able to withdraw your funds.

My ticket with the number #354214, which was submitted on May 16, is still unresolved even after I provided the requested documents. LATOKEN is clearly a scam. There is no support team to respond. LATOKEN is not an exchange but a fraudulent team.

For 4 to 5 weeks my USD/XRP doesn't have activities. Grayed. When I select the pair it is asking me to request listing. But I have XRP. It was OK months back but frozen to one value. I tried help chat 3/6/2025 they said agent will come back to me. Nothing is happening

Valentin Preobrazhenskiy LATOKEN CEO Valentin doesn't seem to have any shame. When his subordinates are protesting for their salaries, he is removing everything he owns and deleting his profile pic on what's app and telegram and other IDs. Marina Preobrazhenskaya and her wife are involved in this crime. They are committing these crimes together and Marina supports these frauds. The whole family is fraudsters. I was hired by LAtrade Ltd (Latoken) as a backend developer after signing a formal engagement offer outlining clear compensation. I was assigned a complex task made up of many subtasks, and I worked diligently to complete it. Despite lack of onboarding support, I managed to complete more than half of the deliverables and deployed working features to production.

During my first week, I repeatedly asked for help understanding the system, but the only senior engineer capable of assisting me did not provide any support. I have a recorded call clearly showing me informing the team about this lack of assistance.

After completing significant work under difficult conditions, I was sent a document that I believed was a payslip. I later discovered it falsely stated that I had received full payment, even though I never received any money. This was misleading and unethical.

Despite following up several times, I received no real response or resolution. I was misled and not compensated for the time and effort I put into the project.

I caution any freelancer or developer considering work with this company. Be extremely careful – this experience was unprofessional and deceptive. Trust and transparency matter, especially in the crypto and tech world, and I experienced neither here.

LATOKEN is almost destroyed. There is no online support available on the website, and all LATOKEN groups have been shut down. The campaigns have also been completely discontinued and replaced with worthless things.

Can you believe an exchange has become so utterly worthless that it offers an entire airdrop worth only fifty bucks? LATOKEN clearly sees its users as beggars, it’s an outright insult.
