I saw an advert on Facebook offering a 30 night sleep trial with money back guarantee. They're also advertising the British flag next to their name, and a very well put together website, making it seem like it's a UK company. I looked at their refund policy on their website, and it said there is an admin fee of £15 and so I emailed them and asked if the 30 night trial supersedes the normal refund terms and conditions on the website and they said it does so I bought the pillow. Unfortunately, it too high for my neck so I asked them if I could send it back for a refund and since then it's been one battle after another. I told them that I'm not sending it back to Thailand because its not advertised tat way and that they are getting into the realms of false advertising and so they conseded and let me send it back to the UK, but they've only given me a three-quarter refund they're holding onto the last £15 saying its their admin fee and it applies on all orders even the 30 night trial . they won't have it that they told me told me something different so I'm gonna go to my credit card company and get them to argue the case with them but these are just bad bad for business they don't understand collaboration and handshake agreements and good working practice. please don't buy from these people

Complete rip off… pillow far smaller than the standard UK size… sent from Thailand… do not reply to messages… false advertising as a UK company… avoid like the plague…

Happy with ordering and the pillow received. Was nervous after ordering and then reading the negative reviews on here but if the instructions to stretch out the vacuum packed pillow are followed it plumps up to the size advertised and is nice and springy.

The only reason I have given this 4 stars is because, had I wished to return it, it would appear that it might not be as easy to get a refund as I thought, and from the reviews here, it appears I would have had to return it overseas. I quite understand it coming direct from overseas as we don't grow latex producing trees in this country, but I do expect returns to go to the UK, not overseas.
However, this is clearly a genuine company and the product is good.

The one star reviews here are the right ones. My mum has been scammed by this company. Thin, small pillow arrives vacuum packed from Thailand and to return you have to pay £15 plus your own shipping costs and return to an address in Thailand. Completely ridiculous. She ended up getting her money back via a PayPal claim and a lot of perseverance and has complained to trading standards. Avoid!!!

The pillow I received is smaller than advertised they are refusing a refund also there is no label attached to the pillow stating the material content which is illegal in this country. I also left a review on their website which was removed minutes later. Avoid this so called company I have now had to contact my card provider to reimburse me.

Fast delivery and I'm very happy with my latex pillow.

I’m really hoping the pillow is OK. I find the website totally misleading making you think you are buying from a company in the UK, only to find it is being shipped from Thailand and takes around ten days.

Total scam
Claim to be a UK company, just some dodgy dealer operating from a suburban house in Kington.
Pillows are not Dunlop pillows, shipped from Thailand
Not as described, undersized and poor quality
They refuse to refund without return at your cost, despite their webpage claiming that they will refund if not as described.
Refund only received after disputing with our credit card company.
If you have purchased an item from them don’t send it back, dispute and reclaim from your card provider.

If you’d had real Dunlop Pillow Latex Pillows then you will not be happy, if you’ve never had latex pillows before you’ll probably be quite happy. Firstly these pillows are smaller than average and we really struggled to get the correct size pillow cases to enable a good fit. Regular sized pillow cases are far too big so check the size of these pillows before you order. Secondly the natural latex used in these pillows is not up to the quality of Dunlop Latex there is a big difference. These pillows show no advertising or confirmation that these pillows include Dunlop Latex and as far as I’m concerned and owning genuine Dunlop Pillows I can only come to the conclusion that the advertising accompanying these pillows is misleading. If you want the cheapest and you’re not really bothered too much about quality then probably buy these but if quality is important to you pay more and you will certainly appreciate the difference. By the way don’t trust reviews on their website they only publish the good reviews and who knows if these are genuine. I left a review as above soon after receiving the pillows which was never published so have left it again and waiting to see what happens

Well, I have posted this pillow back and they received it three days ago according to tracking. I had to post it back to Thailand at my own expense, how ridiculous is that. I don’t know where these 5 star reviews come from. I wrote a one star review on the company’s website that was never published. They are just a complete con. Buy at your own peril.

I ordered two pillows, one for me and one for my husband. We are both very happy with them although I find the pillow very soft and my husband thinks it is more medium firmness. They are very well priced for the quality.

Great customer service, answered all my questions about the pillows and speedy delivery. Great pillows - having the best sleep!

Very happy with the quality and cheaper than other more expensive latex pillows I’ve purchased in the past.

The pillows arrived quickly (2 days), and very pleased with them. The latex is soft but supports well and the quality is excellent.

I purchased a set of pillows from Latex Pillow Shop, believing they were Dunlop latex as advertised. However, the pillows turned out to be absolutely RUBBISH and nothing like what was described.
To make matters worse, there’s no phone number to contact them—very unprofessional. It turns out this is just someone selling from home, and the pillows were posted from Thailand in a completely squashed state.
I returned the pillows at my own expense, carefully wrapping them, only for the seller to claim they were “squashed.” Of course, they arrived that way to begin with! They are now refusing to refund me, so I’m going through PayPal to initiate a chargeback to recover my money.
This company is a nightmare to deal with and operates like rogue traders. Avoid them at all costs—save your money and buy from a reputable company instead!

Great pillows and first class service from the support team. They answered my queries with great speed.

Please avoid at all costs.
First reason they say it is a UK shop but the pillow will arrive from Thailand in a vaccum bag.
Second reason: Very bad quality pillow and uncomfortable at all. It caused me uncomfortable sleep and I wake up with neck pain and feels my head is heavy and unsupported.
When I contacted the seller they said they don't offer a warranty if the pillow is opened and later than 14 days!! Awful customer service.

I was suspicious as soon as I got the tracking/delivery message from DHL because it stated ‘JP GLOBAL E-COMMERCE’ as the seller. It sounded familiar to me and reminded me of a scam I got tangled up in earlier this year. This alerted an awake antennae in my brain and led me here to read these mostly negative reviews.I contacted my bank immediately who advised me to speak to the seller to cancel the order. I tried the Thailand phone number about 6 times to no avail ( I wasn’t really expecting an answer). I called DHL who confirmed that the order was still in Thailand and hadn’t yet been shipped. I then emailed the email address on the Latex Pillow shop website asking if the order could be retrieved before it was shipped but was told it wasn’t possible as per their terms and conditions. I replied to say I would be returning the pillows and needed an address, also confirmation that a full refund would be given. I was given a UK address to return them to and the assurance a full refund would be given.
The pillows arrived a couple of days later, very quick and yes, they’d been shipped from Thailand. They were vacuum packed and once they’d been released from the packaging and after following the instructions, they opened up so they looked like pillows. However, the first thing I noticed was that they were very light, contrary to other latex pillows I’ve bought which were considerably weightier. The label stated they are ‘natural latex’ and ‘made in Thailand’. I’m not convinced these are 100% latex nor that the manufacturing process is the ‘Dunlop’ process as stated on the website. I think it is more likely these are possibly part latex, part synthetic and that the latex is talalay. The quality definitely didn’t warrant a £59 price tag, maybe half that would be acceptable. I was almost tempted to keep them because I wanted to avoid the fight I was anticipating if I tried to return. But then I noticed the pillows also did not measure up to the sizes quoted on the website. When I questioned this, I was told it looked like I could use a little more force to open them up and I was also offered a 20% partial refund as a goodwill gesture. I declined and said my understanding under the Consumer Rights Act is that a full refund must be issued when an item hasn’t been accurately described. So I returned the pillows to the UK address at my own cost ( I didn’t dare ask for a return label!). And within a few days, £118 was credited to my account. I’m so glad I pursued this because I wasn’t going to bother. Check out consumer rights; you’ll learn that most of what is written on the Latex Pillow Shop website is inaccurate and an infringement of our rights as shoppers.
