Extremely Disappointed
I am extremely dissatisfied with the way LaserTryk handled our complaint. Despite their claims on their website about offering a free file check and guaranteeing quality, our experience proved otherwise. LaserTryk failed to meet both of these promises and outright rejected our complaint without addressing our concerns.
Based on our unfortunate encounter, I strongly discourage anyone from using their services.

Thank you for your review of LaserTryk.dk A/S on TrustPilot, which is an English translation of Ronni's previous review. We are very sorry that you are not satisfied. We have investigated the case in more detail. Your complained first complained, over a month ago, that you had swapped the placement of two pages in your print file. We hadn't caught that mistake in our file check, because we don't know which side you want to be the front and which side to be the back. For the same reason, we also rejected the complaint. A month later you suddenly had another point of complaint on the same order, namely that you were dissatisfied that the gray RGB color in your print file had not become the gray color that you wanted. We rejected this second complaint, as you had not complained in time. However, we can also state that we print in CMYK colors and that RGB colors are not the same as CMYK colors, which is why this can sometimes happen. But once again, we are sorry that you are not satisfied, but as mentioned, we cannot normally decide whether the page order is correct in our file check, as we do not know which page a customer wants as the front page.

Great customer experience

Get ready to fork out!
The quality of the printed piece is excellent. The delivery was fast. The company was continually notifying about the progress of processes. I am not nagging here!
The only downside that I've faced and was upset about is billing. I have ordered to print out a poster, and the price that was showed initially on the website was 342 DKK. However, after receiving the poster, the company has sent the bill, which magically amounted to 521 DKK. The new receipt included delivery and taxes. That was the first time I saw that the stated price at the moment of ordering WAS NOT the end price. It spoils the whole experience!
My suggestion to the company is to make billing more transparent and show the end price right away.
