Took my money and sent nothing
Pre-ordered a suit off this site on the 23rd of October 2022, I paid £95 including £5.60 for first class recorded delivery. they said it would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. Received an email on the 22nd of November saying they dispatched the order.
It’s now been over 3 weeks and I have not been delivered anything. When I messaged the first time they said due to Royal Mail strikes it’s taking a while but won’t give me any way of tracking the delivery even though it’s first class. They have ignored subsequent attempts to contact them and even deleted my Instagram comment asking about my order.
Will update this review if anything arrives but not be buying from them again
Update 20/12/22: After some persistence, they have given me a full refund
