Perfect working condition, Thanks to their fast customer service.
I also liked the fact that you can chat with them online prior to making your order and having paypal as a payment option made the transaction fast and secure.

I replace laptop screens on a reasonably regular basis.

I needed advice on the correct laptop as I alreday been sent the wrong one by another firm. The staff were very helpful and made sure I had the correct screen. Delivered as promised and with nice added touch of supplying a set of screwdrivers for screen replacement.

What a good deal. Collected from my home on Friday and delivered back in full working condition today (Wednesday). I recommend this company without hesitation.

I wouldn't normally write bad reviews as I don't want to impact on any ones business, but as this one is impacting my business I feel it is fair game.
First, they sent the wrong screen. I sent it back just under a MONTH ago. Emailed them to ask where it was...nothing. Emailed again, [Name] sent the reply 'it is sent out' that was 11 days ago. emailed again to ask if it normally takes this long to deliver...nothing. How they can run a business like this is beyond me.

I ordered a replacement laptop screen from this company on a Tuesday afternoon, around midday. Paid by Paypal opting for the 2-3 day delivery time as the price listed on the site was exclusive of VAT and I wanted to keep the costs down as I didn't need the laptop for the rest of the week.

By the Saturday the screen had not arrived, so I sent a quick email off basically asking them to confirm it had been despatched.

I received the laptop screen via Royal Mail on the Monday. I never received any answer to my email, nor any other communications save for an order confirmation.

The screen itself was well packaged and exactly what I needed to get my laptop back up and running. Although it states on the site that the screens come with full fitting instructions, I found that not to be the case and had to search for other instructions on how to fit the laptop screen.

Overall, everything was fine but better communication to the buyer in the form of dispatch notices wouldn't go amiss.

Sent the wrong screen completely after spending£9.99 for delivery in 2/3 days, a screen finally arrived after a week and it was the totally incompatible, they do not answer emails or answer the phone, anyone thinking of purchasing from this company, please pay via paypal so you can open a dispute as I had to do as they wont respond to complaints! Since 12 July 2013 i ordered a Screen. Still no answer.. Phone just Rang and Rang !! Email Never Reply and order still on :

So i finally got the SCREEN !! Was quite fast infact. My Problem was Not replying me and not taking call. But all went Fine !!

These guys provided the perfect customer experience! The screen was quick & easy to identify on the website, arrived in no time flat and was a perfect match to replace the damaged one. I shall certainly use Laptop Screen Online again, well done & keep it up.

This company is fantastic.
After a quick look on their website to see if they had my model, I called at 1pm on Tuesday and placed an order.
Friendly, efficient call.
Parcel Force were in the next street so collected my laptop at 3pm.
I received the fully repaired, well packaged laptop, back at 10am on Thursday.
Any long delay was a concern for me so this turnaround was wonderful.
All for £86

I had previously contacted PC World and they wanted £50 just to look at it and after 1 WEEK they would give me a quote and wanted another WEEK to repair it !!!
They also insisted I took the laptop to the nearest store as they couldn’t guarantee they had the replacement part

Easily fitted new laptop screen within 20 minutes and made sure protective screen cover was removed at the last possible moment to prevent finger marks. Was a delay in receiving item through the mail but that was due to the Post Office not being able to gain access through a communal door. Then had to go and pick it up from the local District Office.

Ordered new screen for my dell laptop. Price was very good, paid for next day
delivery. Arrived at 8.45 next morning, correct part, fitted within 15 minutes, working
fine. Very good value and service was first class.Would recommend and use again.

Acer 5742 laptop screen went blank. Could see the screen info if i used a torch so knew it was most likely the backlight. I ordered a screen without using the serial number resulting in the wrong one coming. Returned it for a refund which i got within 2 days while i received the new order within 4 days. Using the online videos they have, showing how to take apart the laptop as well as replacing the screen, i had it working again within 1 hour. If i used a local repair service it would have cost me more than double the cost of the screen. So Thanks for the help and keeping the money in my pocket!

I was recommended this service by a friend and was delighted that it was the cheapest of three quotes I obtained. My laptop was collected the same day by Parcelforce at 4pm and returned to the other end of the country at 1pm on Thursday. It could only have been repaired and transported from Portsmouth to Manchester and back faster if it went by helicopter! Well done and good luck with your business.
