Not yo be trusted

Ordered an Lg monitor he proposed I get the a used one but still bran new hardly touched .. second day using it touch the screen lightly to tilt the screen was cracked from the inside .. first he doesn’t allow to call texted and was aggressive telling me I it fell and broke .. it has no scratch . The issue was hidden and he didn’t care .. money list . Thank you for the worst service

do not use Laptop Kings

Sent a part back right after I got it because it was not the one I needed. They did not refund me "because I sent them them the wrong piece back." Which is literally impossible.

Not worth the time or money!

Sent a few E-mails in regards to a part I wanted.... It took about 3 to 4 E-mails to get 1 back from this place... What I got back was... "What's your question?" SERIOUSLY?? I explained myself in the few E-mails and wanted to make sure the part would work with my Laptop! Not many details about the part on the site!! Then... I go back to the site to double check the price again... and the price went from a total (with the shipping price) about $40s to $119.99!!! Uhm.. yeah no! Weird, how after I enquire about the item the price gets jacked up! I'll just take my chances with the actual company!

Ordered a part. Never got it nor a refund.

Ordered a part. Never got it nor a refund. Promised same day shipping on the website. But the guy running the website couldn't ever tell me if it shipped. Many days and emails go by. Always got the run around. Asked for a refund. Denied. Finally he says it USPS returned it to him. No tracking ever provided. He wanted a new address. I told him to cancel it. Never got a refund. Working through the chargeback process with my cc company.

shady operator

shady operator. website said parts i ordered were 'in stock', so went ahead and placed order after confirming correctness of new parts by e-mail. after a week, i e-mailed to inquire about order because of proximity to seller (i can drive there in 45 mins). no response. sent follow-up message to cancel order and issue refund; again no response. after close to 3 weeks, parts arrive. parts are now installed, and m/b is doa (won't power up). will now blow off this place and take my unit to righteous repair shop (although my install was not the problem. been building and working on computers quite a while). i just don't have the time to waste on this any longer. will not seek redress from this flaky joint because i don't have the time. need my unit working again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

BAD BUSSINESS.

I ordered a laptop keyboard on may 8 it is now june 10. have called numbers listed unable to contact. Will let the members of my computer club,Cajun Clickers of Baton Rouge,La , of the problems involved.We are one of the largest clubs in the USA/Also have sent email to the address listed and recived no reply.If they would like to contact me they can call me at 225-590=3544

Simple process made easy

I had to comment that finding the part i needed was very easy and the whole process took just 5 minutes. I received my part in two days after I ordered it. I was recommended this website from where i purchased my laptop a couple years ago. I was not disappointed.

happy one

I purchased a few parts from this website to fix a couple laptops. They arrived in a couple days. my laptops (toshiba and Acer) are now fixed working well. I will look here again if I need parts In the future. Recommend.

The customer is always wrong

I have a missing key on my keyboard. Ordered a new one from them. I received it timely. Before I started to install it, I inspected the keyboard they sent me. The cable was ripped and something had been spilled on the keyboard. I immediately email them for an RMA. I knew it was a used keyboard and I just figured someone got confused. No big deal. But after sending them pictures they accused me of trying to RMA the old keyboard. I took pictures of the keyboard side by side showing the missing keys on one and the torn cable on the other. Now they are ignoring my emails. Now I'm out $51.95. Do not order from these people.

Got my part

Even though they did not have the part I needed in stock they were able to order it for me and shipped it as soon as it came in. I was not able to find the part ( keyboard) ANY where else.

Dishonorable Mention

Don't know if this company is really located in America. Maybe in Sri Lanka. Web site says they are in Southern California. I ordered a part from them and it was shipped from Pennslyvania. Probably out sourse the orders to contractors. The part lasted about 40 days. Had a 1 year warranty I emailed for an RMA. No reply. Emailed again. No reply. Emailed again. No reply. I read a lot of bad reviews about this company online lately and the BBB has several complaints that they never replied to. They never answer the phone and will ignore you if you file for a RMA. Hope you read this before you order.

I bought a fan for my laptop it fit perfectly and I received it very fast. it was new like they said and I will definitely buy again. they seem to have a lot of products. I recommend this website. -vara

STEER CLEAR OF LAPTOP KING!!!!

I ordered a power button board from LaptopKing.com. From the jump, I felt that they were shady, being that their prices were extremely high but since I could find the part nowhere else I ordered it. It took a while for them to update me with the status of my order, but when the part finally came in, it was the wrong part and they never answer the phone so I am stuck with a worthless piece of junk. Save your money and go to another dealer or the manufacturer, these people are shady crooks.

BEWARE of LAPTOPKING

It's been one month and still no part. They didn't have a shipping address form when I ordered the part and thus sent the part to my BILLING ADDRESS where no one lives. Instead of confirming a shipping address why did they decide to send it to my billing address? I don't know! But that's a software problem on their end. They should know where they are shipping a part to. Every other site asks for the shipping address, too. Once I began asking for the tracking info by email, then inform me that it's in shipping limbo la-la land.
I try calling them repeatedly to sort this out: NO ANSWERS. I send them emails asking what the new plan is for two weeks! NO REPLIES.
Finally I ask for a refundby email. They FINALLY reply to my email within the hour to gleefully inform me that there will be a 15% RESTOCKING FEE! Are you kidding me?!?!?! I have been waiting on this part for a month!!! My bad- I should've paid a little more at Amazon to ensure reliable service. Now I'll pay more in the end and have wasted a month of my time on these dodos. These guys probably don't even have a real business- they just make money on clever SNAFUs. I don't expect anything good to come of this review, but I'm going to make this public for posterity sake and to save some other poor bloke the headache.

My opinion: they would rather wave the Terms and Conditions at you than be a good retailer

Purchased a replacement part that their site says is for my model. When I went to install it, it didn't fit at all. Their email back says its not their fault and that it's my fault for not looking closer even though their site lists my model for this part. Instead of exchanging and making the customer happy, they'd rather engage in finger pointing and blaming. Never will do business with them again. Not worth it.
