Beware

Beware! Avoid purchasing from this organisation and any related ones. They cannot be trusted. I received faulty goods, and 1 item wasn't even in the package. One wasn't even shipped (confirmed by their own delivery docket) but they disputed the fact. They don't respond to communications in a timely manner (7 weeks in my case), and they offer refunds for less than the amount you paid.

this company is a pure scam

this company is a pure scam, do not buy from them.
1. they shipped me broken product
2. when I contacted the support, someone first replied to refuse a refund, and ask me for video proof. But after I recorded the video and send it back to them, never heard back after (for weeks and months I tried all the contact methods on their website, but no answer)
3. BIG SECURITY VIOLATION - buying from this website will capture your full IP address and your IP address location in their company database!! In the first reply to their email, our geolocation, full IP address, and city, state, country information are recorded in their customer service public reply email. The rep forgot to remove the part. This is a big red flag, without user concept, no company should record your IP and geolocation; especially record it and sent via a public email address like this.
Do not buy from this website, save your money, time, and your personal information.

Scam company

Scam company. Ordered the appropriate battery and it turned out to be the wrong one. I asked for a refund and "Maria Smith" then ghosted me. Emails came from a pcadaptershop address. They go under various names. They're not UK based. Shipments are from China, which would be fine if they sent what you'd asked for. Total scammers.

Would not refund/replace/repair the…

Would not refund/replace/repair the product that was faulty and still had 4 months left under warranty.

Randomly asked me to pay them £17 to their PayPal account (??) blamed covid for being unable to send a replacement and could barely string a sentence together.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

If you want to buy laptop battery or…

If you want to buy laptop battery or other devices, I strongly not recommend to buy anything from this company. It automatically added blankets with some different codes which were totally different from what you ordered. The item was sent to a wrong address but then the delivery company helped with so it was delivered to me. However, the battery is of a different model and then when you requested for the exchange. They would ask you to pay for the return and then you would find out they are located in a place that is illegal to send batteries. Therefore, you lose you money for a nonsense and they deceive you without morality.
I have googled their email address and found that they have different websites of the similar names internationally. So please be aware of that! It also now has a website hkadaptersonline.com that is to mislead people to think it's based in Hong Kong and to deceive people.

Absolutely Rubbish A company from HELL

Absolutely Rubbish, DO Not Buy from this company,
They will take the money, send you a sub standard defective parts, which will mess up your computer and if you want to return the product, they are the most difficult people to deal with!!!
Firstly no one will respond to your mai.
Secondly once you ultimately get the response (if you are lucky!), the company will insist that the buyer has to pay the return postage, which they will refund ultimately, once they receive the defective goods back.
Thirdly after the buyer pays a fortune to send a recorded delivery, he or she has to wait for ever and again send many many reminders for the refund.
Ultimately once the buyer gets the refund he has to wait for the refund of the postage and keep writing the mails begging them to refund the postage cost.

I am still waiting for my refund of GBP19.00 after 5 months, so BEWARE!!! A COMPANY FROM HELL....DO NOT unless you want to be cheated by them and say Good bye to your hard earned Money

DO NOT BUY- DANGEROUS PRODUCTS

DO NOT BUY- DANGEROUS PRODUCTS

I bought a Mac charger from them, I'd only had it 3 months when it stopped working and got so hot I couldn't touch it and gave off a terrible electrical burning smell. Fortunately I was home to unplug everything but I don't want to think what might've happened if went out leaving it charging. I emailed them and realised pretty quickly it was just a cheap foreign company, was told I could pay for a new one and then ignored completely when I said I didn't fancy this. When I tried to write a review on their site I was told they would have to 'review my review'...Almost laughed at that point. Anyway, don't shop from there, the reviews are all fake and the products are dangerously bad quality.

Avoid this Chinese company

As with others I would avoid this company. I ordered a power cable for my Mac. It was faulty on arrival and refund only available if posted back to China and very poor communication.
There are so many Chinese companies posing as UK companies it is really hard to avoid them.

AVOID

They seemed to be the only place that stocked the battery I needed, so paid almost £50. A battery arrived on time with a returns address in the UK. But it was the wrong battery so we attempted to return it but the form needed was not in the website as indicated, so we emailed twice and no response. I raised a PayPal dispute, only for Laptopartstore to agree to a refund almost immediately, if I sent it back to an address in China. Of course PayPal closes this in their favour, because they agree to a refund. I attempted to send this back by DPD (as it arrived) for £25, only for it to be returned because they dont ship them abroad. Absolutely farcical, avoid buying from them. Zero customer service

I would avoid

Item ordered. Site representatatives take days to respond to any queries. 5-15 day delivery lead time yet still waiting for my item a month later. Unfortunately I read the reviews after I had ordered. Just the fact they are a chinese company posing as a UK company says it all really. I would have avoided them had I known.

Dreadful

Dreadful! Thank God I used PayPal as that was the only way to get my money back. If you like spending your hard earned money on absolutely nothing and getting constantly fobbed off then go ahead and use this company!
