Replacement OLED screen was sent quickly and packaged very securely. An email was sent to myself ahead of dispatch providing me with important information around the fragility of the product and providing useful information on how to handle the screen. I was kept informed once the item was dispatched and provided with tracking information. I would certainly use Laptop Lcd-screen again in the future.

Ordered a replacement screen for my Acer Aspire Vero, at a very decent price, delivery was within a work week, unfortunately due to Brexit I had to pay for customs in NL, the screen itself is great, no dead pixels, in fact the viewing quality is much better than the original Acer screen. Overall happy with the experience and I can recommend this shop.

If you ever feel you've bought a screen that isn't working or isn't compatible, you couldn't ask for a better company as they are really good in customer service and if I were to go through all the hassles of refunding an d replacing g, this would be the company i'd go for

Screen arrived and I noted care had been taken whilst the item was been package for shipping. Installation was a gift too especially with the" how to " vid provided by your website.

Easy transaction online. Item received quickly. It was well packaged & in good condition on receipt. Was pleased to be able to replace the screen of an aged but otherwise still functional ASUS laptop & at a reasonable price. As an absolute novice to replacing laptop screens, installation was easy with the help of a YouTube video. The new screen works perfectly & I no longer have to navigate round two big black blobs!!!
