The branch of Manchester has the worst, most impolite, most aggressive, most bad behaved and the angriest staffs in Purple zone in 3rd floor. I do not recommend this branch to anyone.

I took the ESOL SELT B1 (Speaking & Listening) test in West, Chiswick, and my experience was very positive. The only downside was that the waiting room was a bit too warm, but apart from that, everything was great. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the staff members who assisted me during the process were kind, professional, and very helpful. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend this institute for taking tests.

I really recommend Languagecert
I'm very happy to take my A1 exam with LanguageCert, they have the especific and clear information of the process on their Website, i can do the pay very easily and the local i choose in Cambridge was very easy to found the address. In other hand, the staff was very friendly and bring all the information, they was very proffesionals and very puntual on the exam, and i recibe my official results on the third day since a take the exam.
