I have been a devoted Lang customer for probably 30 years. This year one of the things I ordered was a Heart and Home deluxe planner. The pages were messed up. August in place of December. Lang was willing to replace, great, except the replacement came and it and it March and November that were messed up. So, I requested a refund. While I realize that this is a production issue, I am still not happy with the results, and Lang needs to have a better quality control in place. I am thinking there are too many DEI hires in Austin that don't know the order of the months.....

Love the physical calendars but for the third time now I've not been able to successfully download the digital calendar at all. Extremely frustrating. I have a link that doesn't work and when I go the long way to add the digital wallpaper to my cart it won't recognize the code in the promotion/coupon code field.

I received offers to get things for free and nothing would go through on the codes to get it free.

I ordered a calendar around 12/10/2020. The charge of $19.58 was taken from my checking account on 12/10/20. When I hadn't received after 3+ weeks I called Lang to report this. I made 2 calls on different days,was on hold for over 1 hour each time. When my call was answered the clerks were not willing to satisfy the item I paid for that I never received. As of today 1/18/2021 I have not received what I paid for or received any communication from Lang.

For YEARS I purchased the LEE STRONCEK/The Fours Seasons Spiral Engagement calendar(as "guy" gifts) I would purchase multiples of these. After 3 (THREE) emails to Lang explaining what I was looking for, with their replies twice that basically told me "Here it is" and then sent me to another Artist's calendar. I finally came to the assumption that it is no longer available.....too bad. Otherwise Lang is a great company to purchase from, with nice products.

I have always been very pleased with products and service with every order I have placed with Lang.

I love both of my pocket calendars from Lang. I have gotten calendars from this company for years and have been very pleased.

There was a problem with one of the items I ordered from Lang. I called Customer Service and they had someone call me back the same day! Unfortunately, they were sold out of the item so I could not get a replacement, but they refunded my money within a couple of days. I was very satisfied with their prompt resolution of my problem.

I have been ordering calendars from Lang for over three decades and have always been very satisfied. I order them for ourselves and several members of our family. The price is reasonable and the turn around time is excellent.

I have ordered all our Christmas cards, wall calendars and pocket calendar organizers from Lang for almost 20 years. Beautiful Americana artwork and enough room to put appointments in the pocket calendars. I actually enjoy writing Christmas cards they are so charming and sturdy.

The calendars are beautiful. The shipping is fast.

I've been ordering from Lang for 5+ years after seeing a friend's calendar and calendar holder. I fell in love and purchased one for my home. This year I'm taking it in the RV with us on our travels. I've also purchased their beautiful, high quality Christmas cards which will impress your family and friends. This company has never failed me with product or shipping!
