Faulty HDB68 GEN2

Liars,cheats and thieves,take unauthorised payments from customers credit cards,read their dodgy "terms and conditions " before purchasing anything.They can simply say not faulty claim its a return and refund you short.Their £29.95 scam back has cost them £700 in lost business from myself and friends i know of in last month so good business move.

Poor Customer Service – Ignoring Faulty Product Issues

I contacted Land Warrior on 16 November 2024 regarding a defective PTS EPM1 magazine that did not latch properly in any of my RIFs and would fall out during use.

On 19 November, I received a lacklustre response stating:
"We are not aware of any issues or specification changes. You can return these if they are in as new condition with their retail packaging."*

I replied the same day, explaining that I couldn’t return it in “as new in the retail packaging” condition because the fault was found after I had to opened the packaging. I asked to return the product as it was clearly defective but have been completely ignored since.

This experience has shown me how poor Land Warrior’s customer service truly is. Ghosting a customer over a genuine issue with a faulty product is unacceptable.

I expected better and advise people to look elsewhere for purchases, as their customer support is non-existent!

As first time player I decided to buy…

As first time player I decided to buy something to whet the appetite. I hopped online and found what I wanted at a good price. Staff have been very helpful and even made sure my order left quickly to get to me within 48hrs. The two tone service is great. After sales questions were answered promptly and efficiently.
My one stop shop for all the bits I need. I will be back for more SOON

I loved Landwarrier until they introduced outrageous shipping charges!

I used to love Landwarrier and found their range almost second to none in the airsoft world. I have spent thousands via their shop and had mostly good experiences, but at some point over the past couple of years they decided to put their shipping prices for the north of Scotland up to an outrageous level and it now costs £25 for basic shipping of pretty much anything, including items that cost a fraction of that fee in the first place. It's bad enough that companies in the UK think it's OK to screw over Scots and Northern Irish with outrageous shipping prices, but for a Scottish company to happily do this to Scottish customers is beyond the pale. I've always liked supporting this Scottish company, but from no one I'll be buying from English companies 200+ miles further south who miraculously are able to send the same stuff to me in the north of Scotland for a fraction of the price that Land Warrior charge (which highlights just how preposterous their new North for Scotland & Northern Ireland shipping tax really is). As a result of these discriminatory policies, it simply isn't possible for people in 1/4 of the UK land mass to use their online shop anymore, not unless they're willing to pay huge amounts extra. Heinie Haines introduced discriminatory charges a few months back, but they listened to the public and did the decent thing, reversing them and charging a standard UK-wide shipping charge no matter where you live, so who knows, perhaps one day Land warrior will do the decent thing too.

We appreciate your review and understand your frustration. Our system links with the couriers and all we charge is cost, actually our UK mainland shipping is more than me charge and we absorb tens of thousands a year in shipping. But having this brought to my attention I’ll have a look into another courier who can possibly help.

Remember most companies aren’t declaring what they’re sending and we do.

The best airsoft shop

I've bought a lot of gear from airsoft shops from around the country and I think this is by far the best because it's well stocked, value for money and delivery is well packed. Only shop I'll buy from. Many thanks to all who work for land warrior, your a credit to the airsoft world.

Reliable Company

Brilliant Company. Great stock levels, always on top of re-stock.
Had an issue with my first order, it was dealt with swiftly without an issue. Second order was straight through, package arrived the next day. Brilliant service! 5*!

Pre order incomplete

I pre ordered a Krytac vector gbb with 7 mags in November. I received the rif with only 1 mag and no date for the rest of my order end of February. It’s now been sent back and I’ve been refunded. You’ve lost my businesses and the aeg out performs the gbb by far I’ll be sticking to the 2 I already have.

We actually build in additional time to allow for issues but sadly in this case, as you've seen, we've fallen well short of the standard we have set ourselves. Best Customer Service

By far one of the best customer experience I’ve have ever received. Not only were they quick to respond to my email but they also called me to go over my order and give me some advice as well because of this I will be coming back and continue to come back for all my airsoft needs.

The guy is so unhelpful I would never use this company total D Hi scott firstly i didnt call to complain i called to place a order and sort out my discount code that i didnt use!!! i saw the reply and if you believe your member of staff that i said that without any proof your unprofessional! i own a business and do not side with staff without contacting the complaint directly! your reply covers nothing as you have had issues before!!! i asked him what he could do and he hung up i called numerous times and he didn’t answer as i thought we got cut off! its unbelievable you could lose a £220 sale over this but i suppose judging by your response you dont care.i believe it was you scott your an embarrassment

I've looked into this. You placed an order and got the automated introductory discount. You then cancelled the order which we immediately refunded.

Some time later you then placed another order, because you'd had used the automated single use discount on the first order you called and complained. As this is automated we cannot override our online system, the staff member you called has told me you said to him "you're f**king useless" and he hung up as I have told them to do if anyone is abusive on the phone.

I believe this covers everything?

Useless customer service

Bought two guns , however battery charger they advised me to buy is not compatible therefore I can't charge the AR and have to hire during airsoft days . Land Warrior claim its the correct charger even tho its like trying to fit a square into a hole . Stay clear . Regret leaving a good review on their website when I purchased.
9th sep . Land Warrior have now resolved the issue by supplying a full charging kit as the one previously bought had the main part missing, but still 5 days for them to see the problem .
I think the company itself is good but who's doing the customer service needs replaced . Will shop again but check before I leave shoo

Having looked into this there seemed to have been a lot of confusion to the actual initial issue. It transpired that you didn't have a charger part from our order and they have given you a whole new charger unit. Sorry there was so much confusion for a simple part and we will do our best in the future to do better.

Excellent service n delivery

Realy helpful. and the delivery is literally with in 24 hours...
Everytime I ordered the parcel is at my doorstep moor or less straght away 5 star's..
Ps!! And thay carry moor exotic stock then most places...
I was trying to purchase a very hard to come by smg..
I tryed 100's of stockists and thay all had a back order on the gun i wanted..thats how I found out about LW! I called not even thinking thay would hav it!!!
