I only gave 1 star because there wasn't an option to put -5star. As bad customer service goes range rover Cambridge will take some beating. I have been trying to contact the all afternoon. Been on the... See more

Land rover inverness , very good !
Absolutely delighted with the whole package from land rover in Inverness, after some teething problems ( which wasn't really their fault ) waiting for a part , but have made up for it and been outstanding since over and above with attitude and manner and the actual job , very impressed , I would have no hesitation going back !
I urgently need to speak to someone…
I urgently need to speak to someone about my Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE, I have not even had the vehicle for 2 years and have spent thousands of pounds on repairs, diagnostics at different Vertu Land Rovers in Yorkshire. It been within repairs totalling nearly a year and has had major components changed including the timing chain, sump pump, injectors due to a underlying oil leak that we have experienced since taking the vehicle, we have now been told that their is a fault with the DPF filter, I really need to speak to someone, I had taken the vehicle out on finance has needed a family car and wanted to give my palliative end of life mum a luxury experience, yet we have had nothing but trouble there was an oil leak from day one and when reported and taken to Vertu was advised all sorted to then still experience it, I have attached a few pictures. Its meant to be a luxury prestige car but we have not once experienced that, we have had to dip into family savings just to cover the cost of repairs that should not be needed and the fact that the technicians were unable to find the root cause of the oil leak and the level of service we have received from front of line staff is second to none. I seek you help in desperation so I can have a vehicle that is road worthy and get this sorted once and for all. I am happy to be contacted to to discuss the issues I have. I will await to hear from you.
Let down my poor customer service
I am one of many customers let down by the withdrawal of InControl Touch Apps. I have a 2017 Discovery Sport, my mother had a 2016 Evoque from new, and we like many others have been affected by Land Rover discontinuing the InControl Apps; as a result, cars that had access to Google maps, Spotify, etc, no longer do. But land rover have offered no upgrade, no android auto or carplay solution, not even a screen mirroring app.
Surely the solution is for land rover to design a new InControl Touch app that allows android auto / car play, or screen mirroring (as car mode can be run on th phone and mirrored).
In addition, my car was bought approved used. When I bought it a headlamp wasn't working, and try didn't fix it, and the AdBlue was low. It didn't inspire confidence that it's been properly checked at all, and land rover didn't offer to check or fix the issues. In addition, the Bluetooth frequently turns of on the car, which is extremely irritating. The dealer didn't bother to investigate it properly, because a technician said his phone worked ok with it. Not good enough. Now its out of warranty and there is nothing I can do.
Hands down the worst vehicle I have…
Hands down the worst vehicle I have ever owned and the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Life altering debt from these
If I could give a negative number I would. They don't accept breakdowns in most of the garages. My Discovery's engineer blew up. It stopped on a motorway almost killing my wife, said it was a DPF fault spent 1000+ on a repair then 10 months later it blew again. Finance company said we let it run out of oil! no we had a full oil change 4 months previous. Land Rover, The finance company and the dealership don't care. We have a car unable to drive requiring a new enginer. Avoid these cars , especially second had , at all costs.
Range Rover Do not honor their warranty
I purchased two vehicles the same day at this dealership November21 2024. One of the vehicles I have had nothing but issues with. Under directions of Pramamus RR I brought the vehicle to my local dealership for repairs. I have now had the vehicle into the dealership to be repaired several times. A few of the issues have been repaired. However the there is a modular in the driver's door that's needs to be repaired and Ranger Rover refuse to pay to fix the issue. The modular effects the blind spot worning and the HVAV on the driver's side of the vehicle. My local dealership reached out to Pramus RR service department for more information on the vehicle the response the received is as follows "we have no information on this vehicle. It was a returned lease. All we did was put an inspection sticker on the vehicle" the Pramus RR dealer NEVER PERDORMED THE 300 PLUS INSPECTION PRIOR TO DELIVERINF THE VEHICLE TO ME! I open a case with Range Rover HQ and they where absolutely useless! They messed me around for several weeks. I have reached out to Paramus RR several times and all is get is I will get back to on this or I leave a voice mail and no every gets back to me. Stear clear of this dealership at all costs they will not do the right think.
I bought a brand-new Range Rover Velar…
I bought a brand-new Range Rover Velar from the official dealer in Tangier, Morocco, just 4 months ago.
Three days ago, while traveling from Morocco to France, the car suddenly broke down near Málaga, Spain — without any warning.
I contacted Land Rover service. They took 24 hours to respond, and then said, “We will see.” Since then, I’ve been left without a solution, in a foreign country, with no transport.
This is a brand-new vehicle under warranty — how is it possible there’s no support? I am shocked and extremely disappointed by the lack of after-sales service and responsibility.
I regret trusting this brand. A luxury car should come with serious service. This is not luxury, this is abandonment.
Awful service and communication
Awful service and communication. Do not buy a Range Rover Evoque Hybrid . . . nothing but issues !
Doesn't deserve 1 star
Breaks every month. Customer service non existent. This is financially the worst decision I have ever made. I have lost about 10 grand in repairs and Landrover couldn't care less.
Landrover make me utterly embarrassed to be British.
absolute garbage never buy
Time wasters…..low enough px quote…
Time wasters…..low enough px quote given online then when visiting the showroom in Liverpool attempted to take a further 1k off the trade price and sell 2k worth of insurance add ons that only a complete mug would even entertain….I’m now checking out other cars as I will not deal with these cowboys ever again .
Land Rover cannot supply what i ordered
I ordered a new Defender in February, been waiting for 3 months, they have now cancelled the order as they are not making my specific model anymore.

Avoid avoid avoid they dont make them good any more faults after faults mechanics have no knowledge how to repair or help fix the issues on top of that dirty your car inside leavening dirty scuffs brake something new and then hide away always on annual leave
My new expensive Range Rover needs 2…
My new expensive Range Rover needs 2 new keys and a BCM module, RR can't give a date on the BCM module !! How can they manufacture these cars and not have spares !!
Range Rover thieves
Range Rover. Biggest loss in 56yrs of cars ever had. Rudest staff ever dealt with. Lost a 12k part exchange completely in their PCP thieves deal in 7months nothing back. No wonder their reputation and reviews are so bad. I am carless and lost my Audi that retailed 15k...7 months and give them their car back with just £1,400! And paid pcp 7months. I will never touch a Range Rover in my life again. Reviews 1.4 says it all
I would advise not to use the one in… I want return again
I would advise not to use the one in Staples corner as they’re very unprofessional. I’ve been here from 130. It’s now 10 to 4 and no one still hasn’t advised me on what is going on with my car but they are requesting money which I will not be paying until I’ve spoken to someone this is despicable for range Rover and not acceptable. They don’t even communicate with you very appalling customer service.
Absolutely shocking Service
Absolutely shocking Service
Turbo blown on a 2 year old Land Rover Defender.
Constant arguments about warranty work, and when finally agreed told there is a 9 week lead time.
In the meantime been given a crappy little honda as a courtesy car.
What on earth have has happened to this brand?
Honestly the worst customer service I…
Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Land Rover caused an electrical issue on a recall on my car in June 2024 and the car has been back in the garage 4 times and yet still cannot be resolved. Rebooked for a 5th time early March and was told I needed to wait for 6 weeks for a courtesy car. Then comes the appointment date and I get a call the night before, 30mins before closing times advising the courtesy car is not available and would need to rebook and to call in to do so. 30mins of waiting on a call and no answer now your closed until tomorrow where I have made arrangement to get my car to you for you to resolve a problem that you caused only for you to now say it cannot happen. I have worked in customer service my entire adult life and this branch has no clue on what customer service is or how to problem solve an issue you created! This is my first review I have ever written due to the pure frustration and anger you have caused me along with all the inconveniences over the past 10 months trying to get this issue resolved due to your own incompetent team.
£4187.48 for replacement DPF 2020 DSport 22,500 miles
£4187.48 for dealership replacement Diesel Particulate Filter on a Sep 2020, 22,500 mile Disc Sport which I paid £31,000 for 2 years ago. If I pay the invoice myself the part gets 2 year guarantee, if JLR offer to help with cost which is still under consideration it will carry NO GUARANTEE. BUYERS PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND GOOGLE DPR DEFECTS LANDROVER before purchasing any make and model of diesel landrover especially 2017 to 2022. There's an awful lot of chat about it online / severely out of pocket customers - and legal firms have now become involved. Clearly wish I had known all of this prior to being sold the car by a LR Dealership (who must have been aware). Just worries me they are still selling affected vehicles on their forecourts and feel people should be warned.
Brought a Land Rover two years ago it…
“Bought a Land Rover two years ago and the engine has already blown. Land Rover’s response? A mere 40% toward repairs—less than the car is worth. Completely unacceptable. Avoid Land Rover at all costs.”
