Completely disagree with the negative reviewer on here, it's abundantly clear on the website that they aren't HM Land Registry.
I mistook this site as the official Land Registry web site. I believed I was buying copies of original deeds and all documents held. I paid £59.95 and received by email shortly afterwards the two document held on the official site which I had previously purchased at a cost of £3 each. As per the web site they then credited me back £20 + Vat. This is a total scam do not use, they are a third party web site and have nothing to do with Land Registry.
