This was my first time using landlord and co after being recommended by 2 friends. I honestly can say that the service was impeccable from start to finish. Heidi took our booking, she was very knowledgeable and able to give us recommendations based on what we needed. Her customer service was excellent, you could tell that she really wanted to give the best service. The two delivery guys, Jay and Baz were very friendly and professional. They were very efficient and careful brining the furniture in. There was a problem with a desk drawer and Heidi sorted this straight away for us and a new one was delivered. I was so impressed with their service that I am recommending them to everyone I know! They took care of everything from building the bespoke furniture to delivering it and placing it in the rooms. The whole process was super easy and efficient. Thank you to the team for all your help. Looking forward to using you next time.

Heidi goes above and beyond to solve problems and make sure everything's as expected, nothing is ever too much trouble.

Delivery process is also super efficient, prompt arrival first thing and seamless install.

Everything was so smooth. They turned up, installed 5 rooms in 90 minutes up 3 flights of stairs. All packaging taken away and we were left with amazing sturdy furniture, all placed where we needed it.

I’ve worked with Landlord Furniture now on a few projects and they beat the competition by far. Quality furnishings and great customer service from start to finish. The delivery guys never complain even when delivery isn’t the easiest due to lack of parking, small spaces or a lot of stairs, they smile through it all. And I’ve got to give a special mention to Heidi, she’s always on hand to advise and nothing is too much trouble going above and beyond.

This is the 3rd time we are using this fantastic company. As usual they arrived on time and ready to unload, unpack and install the lovely furniture. Both Paul and Jay were magnificent from start to finish. Their journey down from Lancashire to Bedfordshire is a long one that would make most people grumoy but they greeted me with a smile. Even with the challenge of parking their truck on a one way street with no parking, they managed to crack on with a smile. Once all the furniture was in they cleaned up and took away all the packaging. Thanks for making it nice and easy for me Paul and Jay. Keep up the good work.

Paul and Stewart (bigger and bigger) were fantastic. Called to say they were ahead of schedule communicated all they way through and were very tidy and professional. Would highly recommend the Landlord furniture co. Great service and Great product

First time using Landlord Furniture Co and would definitely recommend. Stuart and Cole did a very professional job with delivery and installation, were really lovely guys too!

From start to finish speedy professional service quality products was worried the delivery guys would scuff the newly painted walls etc but they were brilliant and took the old stuff away. Thank you all big shouts to Fat Boy Slim lol Paul & Stu and all involved.

The furniture is good quality, the ordering process is straight forward - very helpful having the package options and the staff are knowledgeable. One thing that makes this company stand out are the friendly and helpful staff. Paul & Lee kept me updated of their arrival time as I’d requested and were friendly, helpful and polite.
