Bad experience followed by harassment
Discovered this store a few years ago when I was there on vacation. Bought some nice things and ordered more from their website.
A couple of weeks ago I ordered something for my wife for our anniversary. After a few days of waiting, they notified me that my items were out of stock. Why list things on your website that you don't have? They refused a refund, and I had to get my bank to reverse the charge.
TERRIBLE customer service. DO NOT trust this business.

Got a harassing email later despite telling them to never contact me again. In my opinion, this is further evidence that this is a business to be avoided.
They dispute the FACT that they ghosted my multiple requests for a refund. I waited 3 days for a response from them. ZERO. I gave up and notified my bank. My bank issued the temporary credit before the store took any action. It took another 5 days for the credit to become permanent. They held my funds for 11 days.
All future emails from them have been blocked.
