Written by the company

Clear This Ltd Trade as Lancashire House Clearance. We Provide House Clearances and Rubbish Removals in Lancashire and Greater Manchester. Our business is fully insured and holds a valid upper tier waste carriers licence. This can be checked on The Environment Agency Website. In addition to this we are members of Lancashire County Council Trading Standards "Safe Trader Scheme" . We have a fairer pricing policy compared to our competitors. When we price up a house clearance job, we try to get the contents of the property to pay as much of the cost as possible. If the contents of the property have a greater value than the cost of the clearance, we pay you the difference. Other house clearance companies simply charge by volume. We believe in doing business in a fairer way. We will always visit to quote, this ensures accuracy and no hidden surprises. We strongly recommend getting at least three or four quotes and please do your checks on the companies. Lancashire House Clearance take zero to landfill. All the stuff we clear from house clearances and rubbish removals is deal with in the most ecologically friendly way possible. We sell any items we allow a value for and make significant donations to charities. Anything we cannot recycle in-house is taken to specialist materials recovery facilities. Here it is sorted and separated into different materials for recycling. No upfront payment is required ever and we offer several payment options. Our quotes are always free. Quick response to my enquiry. House cleared completely within a few days as arranged. I did some clearing out before I hired them including several tip runs but just know, they will do it all. Great service for a great price. Would use again for small or large jobs.
