I placed my order in October for my engagement celebration in April, and I paid in full by January. After that, I received nothing. My messages were ignored for weeks, and I only got vague, empty promises. When I finally got a reply in March, I was told that part of my order had been damaged and had to be remade, while the rest was supposedly already shipped – but nothing ever arrived.
They left me empty-handed on my important day. No proper explanation, no solution, just silence and false hope.
Thankfully, I paid through PayPal and was able to get my money back.
This shop is completely unreliable and unprofessional – don’t fall for it like I did. Stay far away.

The most beautiful ceramics. Thank you for helping me at the last minute when another ceramicist canceled on short notice. I love my mocha set and will reuse it in my apartment later.I would always choose your work.

I have never in my life experienced a service so deceiving and irresponsible. Please if you’re reading this avoid ordering from this business. I trusted this girl by ordering a tray set for my engagement. I messaged her and placed my order in October, 3 months before my special day. She was very slow at responding to me, often I had to double text her for her to reply but I still tried to have faith in her but that should’ve been a big red flag for me. She finished my set at the beginning of December and said if I make the payment that same day she would ship it the following day with a tracking number so I did. She never shipped my item and left me panicking a couple of weeks before my engagement. I sent her countless messages with no reply but they were read. She lied to me so many times and constantly made excuses. A week before my engagement (with my friend’s help) she finally tried to ship my items but she almost made me pay another 100 euro’s for shipping so that it can arrive in time! Of course it didn’t arrive on time and now i’m trying to get my money back which she is refusing to give. She put me through so much stress and anxiety which no person especially a bride looking forward to her special day should ever go through. Luckily a different business saved me with a last minute tray set and I am forever grateful for her. I can’t believe this girl goes to sleep at night comfortably knowing what she puts people through it’s so sad. Please please avoid and go to another business with better reviews.

the ceramics are dishwasher safe🥹 I didn't think it would hold the color so well afterwards. 20/10 THANK YOU🩷🩷🩷
