I’ve used lamps2udirect before. Their website is easy to navigate ( & I’m a wrinkly 😊). Prices are very competitive. I ordered 3 fluorescent lamps & unfortunately 1 was broken. I contacted customer service & spoke to Martin who was extremely apologetic, friendly & professional. He offered a replacement or refund. I requested a replacement & have received . Highly recommend this trustworthy company.

Ordered bulbs and then didnt hear from the company for 3 weeks , once i contacted paypal i got a refund , according to the company they were listing items they didnt have in stock, wasted my time.

It looks as though you placed this order over the Christmas period when we were not operating. We did note our opening hours on the checkout page, but it looks as though this is probably the reason there was a delay.

Fake Philips Infrared bulb
I bought a Philips 150 watt Infrared Heat Lamp Bulb model PAR38E from Lamps2udirect for physiotherapy but I received a no branding product. It absolutely couldn't be use for phsio treatment. It is totally unuseful, definitely a rubbish.

Wrong Lighting Sent
Ordered under cabinet lighting as advertised on the website - Robus Spear Rledstr4w 4 W 395mm Linkable Led Striplight. Despite this, they sent RLEDSTR4X-01 lighting for which the connections did not fit my existing fitting. They then tried to argue that they had supplied the correct part in spite of having photographic evidence to the contrary. It then took 2 weeks from us posting it back to get the refund. This refund did not include Lamps2U's postage and obviously I also had to pay the return postage. So, I am £10 out of pocket and have no functioning lights. I would have no dealings with this company. Avoid.

We have looked into your order details and can see you ordered a colour selectable LED fitting, which is what was sent.
We can only assume you may have old fittings in use, which unfortunately do not fit into the newer models!

This company advertise Aurora builds but then send unbranded bulbs and. When you complain they say the suppliers have discontinued the product.
Why then advertise and sell the unbranded product at a high price?

We have explained this situation to you this morning via email.
We make a note regarding the brands on our site; This information is visible before placing the order. As advised, the Aurora version of this lamp was made obsolete around 8 years ago now, so every version of this product sold now, is a replacement.
The price we sell these halogen 12 volt 50 watt square light bulbs is the lowest online. Again, this is very quick to see with a quick Google search - 'square bulbs'
We are more than happy to have these back for a refund if you are unhappy.
