I have been ordering from LalaDaisy for years & have only had to use customer service once when there was an issue with UPS not being able to deliver to my PO Box. Tara was great and sent me a new order via USPS since the first order couldn’t be delivered.

I ordered a shampoo that did not live up to its description or expectation. When I called customer service to ask about how to return the item I used once (spoke w/Tara) I was advised they DO NOT take returns. This was my first order and will def. be my last.

LaLa Daisy is the BEST! I stumbled upon LaLa Daisy a few years ago and now never want to live without it! They offer top tier beauty products at a fraction of the price. I thought i hadn’t received a shipping tracking number once (it was in my junk mail) and had to call and was able to speak a REAL person on the other side of the phone without dealing with automated messages. Their customer service is superb and my shipments unusually arrive 2-3 days from placing my order! Seriously, what’s not to love?! Thank you LaLa Daisy for keeping my skin glowing!

Sketchy sketchy site! Do not give them your credit card!!!
Do not order from here. It's sketchy. I bought shampoo and conditioner for a price that was WAY below market value. Amazing deal, right? Well, they lost the order, no tracking, nothing, they never sent me so much as a confirmation email... as if it never even happened. I contacted them several times and they said it never happened. OK, I thought I was going crazy for a moment so I checked my bank account and THERE IT IS! A confirmation that they placed a charge on my card. Luckily, I was able to stop it but ugh now they have my credit card info. Not sure if they just decided not to send or what. It turns out that if a website has prices that are too good, then they probably are. Save yourself the struggle.

First, let me assure you that we pride ourselves in excellent customer service and I’m sorry we fell short of your expectations in this case. I have reviewed the details of your return and I can see that we could have handled this situation a little better. There definitely was some confusion on our part in comparing the product that you returned to what you ordered. I do see that once we fully understood the situation, that we did issue a full refund. I see that from the time we received your return until we issued the full refund was 2 days. Normally we are faster than that, so I do apologize for the inconvenience.
I had high hopes...
I had high hopes for this shopping website I recently discovered. I ordered Image face spf cream but unfortunately the expiration was only 4 months, not long enough to use the product. Sad to say that in this circumstance they wouldn't pay for a prepaid shipping label unless I opted for store credit instead of a refund. The cost for me to pay for return shipping would have been half the amount of my entire order. Lesson learned. Just wish I knew this before doing business with them. Side note, It seems to be my experience that anytime I order off a Facebook ad I am always disappointed.

You expected the expiration date to be well beyond Christmas, when in fact, the samples would expire in February. I admit that we could have been more understanding of this and issued you a prepaid return label rather than a non-prepaid return label. If you would like to contact us again, we can issue you a prepaid return label as requested.
