Fabric not labelled so am playing guess the name. delivery left INSIDE the general waste bin, which was emptied the following day and was NEVER designated as a safe location.
may use again but with reservations.

I do find the pale coloured text on the site hard to read.

Lakeside Needlecraft are absolute terrific - really good service and delivery times, especially when you consider that they aren't a huge conglomerate like Amazon, and have to stick with the vagaries of the Royal Mail.

I've ordered from Lakeside Needlecraft on multiple occasions over the past few years, and recently had my first, very small, issue with an order - one of the (several) threads I'd ordered was the wrong colour. I contacted them and received an extremely quick response and a very speedy replacement thread, really impressed with customer service.

I wouldn't really order from anyone else.

I love buying from Lakeside Needlecraft - they have a wonderful range of fabrics and always have the threads I need in stock. Competitively priced and the goods are always carefully packed, with tracked postage. Most importantly, Lakeside despatches your order in a timely manner (anyone buying project packs from Willow Fabrics will know what I mean!!). I will be using Lakeside for all my cross stitch projects from now on!

The website has lots of choice and is easy to use.

Lovely selection of fabrics and thread and everything else too. Dispatch isn’t the quickest which is totally understandable as fabrics are cut to size for each order. The site is easy to navigate, my one complaint is that browsing the fabrics is too addictive and I don’t have enough money for them all! 🤣

Never had a bad experience with lakeside.customer service goes beyond to help and resolve any queries.orders arrive promptly if in stock, very rare for anything to be out of stock and well packaged. Very reliable.

Great range of items at fantastic prices. Their customer care is brilliant. One of my items was out of stock. When I contacted them Kate immediately responded and arranged for a different kit of my choice to be added to my order, I was offered a full refund which I declined. Great communication regarding delivery. Items arrived super quickly. This is my second order from Lakeside Needlecraft and I shall happily order from them again.

Ordered sewing bag for Christmas for my daughter. Didn’t arrive. Emailed to find out what was going on and was told the supplier didn’t have it in stock. Really poor service and won’t be using them again.

Good quality merchandise and speedy dispatch and delivery

I contacted Kate for an update on my order to be told it was out of stock. Not only did she ask if a replacement would be suitable, but she then went above and beyond to have the replacement dispatched promptly so it still arrived in time. The kit looks of very good quality and I'm sure my niece will be delighted.
