If you love paying for clothes you’ll never actually wear, this is the place for you.

• The "In-Stock" Lie: Ordered a shirt and shorts. Apparently, "In Stock" is just a fun suggestion, because the shirt didn’t exist.

• The "ASAP" Myth: Agreed to a color swap. Was told it would ship "ASAP." Three weeks later? Still waiting.

• The "Hey Mate" Special: Emailed for an update and got a "Hey mate, let me check on that." That was four days ago. I can only assume he’s still "checking."

The Verdict: Great clothes, if you can actually get them. Too bad the customer service is as non-existent as their inventory. Buyer beware.

I purchased a pair of Taupe slim fit chinos in July. I may have worn them on average of once a week or once a fortnight in that time. The stitching at the waist and near the pocket started to fray badly at Christmas. I notified Earl, sent photos and now they are replacing with a black pair. Many thanks to the "legends"

I got a couple of pairs of shorts that are so comfy and fit fantastic, super friendly sizes! I ordered my usual size that were too big (very excited I needed a smaller pair :)!)So I contacted them wanting to exchange for a smaller size. The team were super helpful and really responsive via email. The exchange process even with Xmas in-between was super quick and easy, I couldn't be more happy with the fit, shape and quality, as well as the exchange process and regular contact from the team... Ill definitely be ordering from here again.

Perfect set of jeans is an understatement, if you don’t have a pair go cop one or ten you are missing out. Trust me you’ll never get jeans anywhere else after trying Lahaute. From the simple yet easy way to navigate and place orders all the way to the customer service, plus delivery services damn you guys nailed it. Im in awe!! I recently bought two pairs of shorts. While I was unlucky enough to have a button fall off one pair, the way La Haute handled it was perfect. The correspondence was super efficient, and they replaced the item for me immediately. I really like the shorts themselves, and knowing the company stands behind their quality makes me confident to buy again.

Very true to western sizing , Nice pants but I should of ordered a 36 rather than a 38.

The service and team have been great to deal with.
Tried the slim chino and slim jeans on the black friday special and they have an amazing fit. So comfortable!!
Had one size exchange which was a breeze.

Now I need to save up to try the shorts!

Ordered 18 Nov with Express shipping. Not a peep. Have contacted and someone named Earl contacted me back saying they would send asap. It's now the 11th of Dec. Terrible customer service, basically they sold items with no stock. Buyers beware. Shame there clothing was ok but this makes the whole purchase experience terrible.

I'm starting to think they sold stock that they didn't have and now trying to play catch up. Just say so, ghosting isnt the answer.

I placed an order with 'Express postage', however, ended up waiting two weeks for it to arrive. The La Haute team were completely uninterested in supporting any follow-up with Australia Post to the point they stopped responding to my email queries. 'Earl' at La Haute lied directly about resending the order after a week of no updates from Australia Post. Terrible experience and I will never purchase from them again. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere for your purchase.

Just got relax fit Chinos from them. Probably the best bottoms I have ever owned. Nothing else I've ever owned has been a fraction of the comfortability. Ultra soft and stretch but doesn't compromise on look. Hoodie I got from them about 2-3 years ago was also one of the best hoodies I still use often. Can't believe they don't sell it anymore. They should definitely bring it back.

I live in London and ordered a pair of jeans from this store. The parcel took two weeks to reach the UK, then it sat somewhere in London for about a week and was never delivered to my address. After that, it was returned back to Australia.
Despite this, I received a notification saying that my order was “delivered”, even though I never received anything.
I contacted the store — they promised to issue a refund, but they never did and clearly have no intention of doing so.
I do not recommend ordering from them. Very unreliable store.
