My bikini took a month to come (it’s actually still not here) no communication from them to say it would be delayed, I had to email them. When they emailed me they said it was Aus Post’s issue, when I emailed Aus Post they told me it was Lahana’s issue. I also feel like their tone of voice on email is very patronizing, and not helpful at all. For such an expensive bikini you think they’d communicate with their customers about the length of time delivery takes.
The reason I’m not giving less than 3 is because I do actually love the quality of their bikinis, and they fit me well. So a shame, I think it’ll be a while before I have confidence in buying their bikinis again!

Hi Isabelle, we are sorry you have had this experience. Unfortunately with the number of parcels that leave our facility we are unable to keep track of every single one. We are a small family run business. This is why tracking links are sent, so you can contact us if something goes wrong with your delivery. Unfortunately yours went to your junk folder. Once orders leave our warehouse, it is out of our hands, we have no control over couriers. It is stated on our website that international standard shipping can take up to 30 business days, this is due to the current covid pandemic, which I'm sure you're aware of.
Now that Australia's international borders are open and there are many more flights leaving the country, I can confirm that the couriers will be more reliable and you can purchase from us with confidence <3

I recently ordered from Lahana, my bikini wasn’t what I was after but the staff was so responsive and helpful they sorted it out for me and I got a new pair that was perfect for me! I will 100% be back getting another bikini I’m so happy with my experience they are amazing

Amazing customer service
Amazing products but the customer service is the best I’ve ever received. I accidentally messed up my order (totally my bad) and got the wrong product AND the wrong size. I emailed in and this was fixed up for me promptly and I received what I intended to order in the mail.

I buy so many bikinis because I’m always at the beach, and Lahana is by far the best. They always come out with popular prints, colours and styles. The quality is phenomenal and the fit is perfect. Great customer service…
I’ve bought from Lahana 3 seperate times now because i loveeee their bikinis and the quality is awesome. Although, my most recent purchase i received a faulty item which did not live up to their previous top notch standards. No need to fret though! I sent them a quick email regarding my issue and they replied so fast and offered me several options to fix this issue which resulted in a happy me! Their customer service is amazing and i felt so comfortable and valued as a customer. Definitely shopping here forever and always.

Excellent customer service.
The Lahana team was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond what I expected. They helped me exchange an item that I ordered from the US and made it completely quick and painless. One of my favorite swim brands. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again.

Amazing customee service
Great treatment always! Had an issue with a missing package and they quickly helped me resolve it and made sure my package arrived to my home. Hands down the most incrediblw bikinis and they know what they’re doing! Good customer service with the most attentive people.

Greatest customer experience
Ordered a bikini set on sale and unfortunately the top was faulty (minor sewing mistake). Lahana (Brittany) was super responsive and generous with the solution they offered. Blown away by the customer service but also by the quality of their swimwear. Definitely have this brand on my favorite brand list.
Tip: check the size chart carefully, the tops do run quite small. ;)
