I ordered my ladders before 12.00 midday on the Monday and the ladders were delivered before 10.00am the next day. I cant fault the service. Also the ladders (double) are incredibly light and of excellent quality. 5 stars

Love it!
I needed a telescopic ladder to replace my old one which had unfortunately seized up after a few years of use. This one is so much better than the last one. For a start it has a stabilisation bar, which makes it feel much more secure, and the release buttons have a much simpler mechanism than on the old ladder, which means it now folds up on itself with no effort at all. It even comes with its own cover so it stays clean, dry and tidy. It is quite heavy, but it wouldn’t be safe if it wasn’t, and I probably need to build up some muscle anyway. It’s either that or the gym! Delivery was quick, within a day, even though they said it could take up to three, so all expectations surpassed. Couldn’t be happier!

Great experience, other than it was delivered to the wrong address, but that was the couriers mistake. Rang the company, they then investigated and got straight back to me with pictures. Fortunately I recognized the surroundings and I went to collect it
