Don’t play Roulette. I had 5 pound on number 12 and it hit , but no pay out! I rang and emailed Ladbrokes they told me me to go to my game play, I didn’t know how to do this so I followed all steps Ladbrokes told me , I finally got on it found what they wanted screen shotted the game what they asked for emailed all the proof. I was playing fishin frenzy off the hook and the mega landed with the fisherman then within a second it crashed reloaded and done the spin again but no mega landed this time and when I contacted them they said it didnt show on my game log that it had crashed or that it landed on mega

Out of any casino sites I have used, this pays out the worst without a doubt. I was in a game playing spins at 20p, decided to take a break for an hour and then went back onto it. The game refreshed putting my spins at £1 without me knowing and chewed through all my money without a single pay back. I was fuming and deleted my account immediately.

Ladbrokes are terrible and I would not recommend using them. I have quite a bit of experience with betting websites and the service from Ladbrokes is awful. In particular, a horse bet I recently placed and won suddenly disappeared from their system. When I queried this, Ladbrokes claimed the bet did not exist leaving me out of pocket and without my winnings. It was highly frustrating. If you do bet with Ladbrokes, make sure you screenshot all your bets.

The biggest scam app ever. You never win, no matter what slot you play. The games seem to freeze every time you're close to hitting something big. It feels like you have a -1000% chance of winning even a single penny.
I honestly hope they go bankrupt.

It feels like a third-world system where the rich keep getting richer while ordinary people keep losing money. They're making billions every year, and yet players keep getting the short end of the stick.
At this point, it's hard not to question whether regulators are doing enough to protect consumers. When so many people have the same complaints and these companies continue making billions, something clearly isn't right. Put a bet on I Am Maximus to win the national a while back. Won around 115 pounds.

Went into bookies, said couldn't pay out as id used google wallet to tap their card reader to pay for a bet rather than use a physical card which noone questioned at the time.

Gave me a couple of phone numbers to contact their head office, including one on a poster on their door, neither worked.

Tried going back one day they'd shut 2 hours earlier then times on their door and wasn't a bank hol or anything.

Went back another day and were doing their usual thing standing next to an open fire exit smoking, I said the numbers they gave me didn't work, was completely calm and polite, they proceed to get a lot nastier and aggressive towards me.

Long story short never did get the winnings, Just never going near a ladbrokes ever again.

This fraudulent company is a disgrace, ripping people off without shame.

Avoid at all costs. Thieves. Stole 14.93 from closing my account because I withdrew 109.00 that was my profit in the year. Didn't honour outstanding bets, they stop you from winning ladbucks because your in profit. If you lose thousands a week they will be your friends but make 100 quid profit they will close your account and steal any money left in your account. Please never download the fixed app that logs you out when win on casino, they are scammers. Please avoid.
