Once again another waste of my life. Support make you out to be a lier, try to prevent you from closing an account, block accounts for making a joke comment, tried to manipulate me to increase limit amount set from £40 to £100 a month, took £20 instead of £10 and although they admitted it was an technical error it still took 5 days to refund, when asking if this was to be refunded ASAP told yes today, then same day after until 5 days had passed then refunded, in the mean time couldn't play!! All I got was sorry! Pathetic, site have you heard of fun well this was nothing short of a frustrating experience. Same tournament winners which their scores are impossible to get on the tournament big FIX to keep you thinking you have a chance, yes well you have no chance!!
Since closed all accounts due to them wanting my income outgoings!what for, I have a limit of £40 I can't go over this so what the point of a fixed limit if you hassle me for my income!! Would I be met with the same if I went to a casino?

Useless pretty much all round. Most people talk about being ripped off in the casinos slots etc. For me it's the lack of customer service, the process which you have to go through when you chat with the help of line. It never ends. Very slow to resolve app issues and always trying to make the user feel at fault.Ive been with them for many years 99% betting on the sports and racing. Most recently I had to replace my damaged debit card and register the new one. Well it was just a joke and I'm not going into detail about a a simple task made difficult. I simply went to WH which I already had an account with and done the same with them but this time the process took less than 90 seconds. Ladbrokes are a joke, a rip off and the people that work for them are puppets. Advice. Tell em to go do one !

I've enjoyed playing slots on ladbrokes lots of games to choose from. I've never had any problems cashing out my winnings, usually recieve in few hours. I only play slots and yes they are hit and miss but I've won some good amounts and lost some good amounts if I keep playing same games after I've won. on that game. I do believe algarithyms have something to do with that. But all in all I've not had bad experience and Ladbrokes communicate well letting me no things. But it's great that this company pay out winnings without hassle which I think is fair and that's one reason I gave 5* Also fact I do get scatters on games I play and win and lose ,it's luck, what's important to me is being able to play game longer not over in few minutes and games are fair.

Worse site I have ever been on casino is a joke/promo arcades awful 1000s of spins nothing.Just steer clear there are many better sites

i have 3 football accus on ,the only difference of the 3 bets is i have man u to win on one man u to draw or the third bet wolves to win ,the one bet has been suspended since kick off ,contacted customer support and was unable to help me ,but if i put those 3 bets on again there not suspended ,complete con avoid these jokers

This betting site is fixed avoid like the plague bets go missing balance disappears without using I don't know how they get away with this .

Someone hacked into my account and withdrew 2 sums of money, £49 and £55 over 1 month period. This I believe has happened due to a data breach. They also transferred the 2 sums into 2 different bank accounts, which have nothing to do with me.
You would think that emailing Ladbrokes and telling them there has been a compromise of my account and not by me and straight away I changed the password and told them that.

Email 1 from Ladbrokes: we have checked and see that money has been transferred out of your account and not by us, please refer to your bank to locate the funds?

My reply: I cannot do that as these are not my accounts and these 2 transactions were not done by me? Also I have never transferred money into any bank accounts and have ALWAYS used PayPal for all transactions.

Email 2 from Ladbrokes: thank you for more details and we have checked and these 2 transactions were not done manual and were instigated by you as you withdrew then to 2 bank accounts.

email from me: You are not reading what I am saying, I have not done this my email and password have obviously been compromised via a data breach or 2 and someone has hacked my account and transferred these amounts into 2 bank accounts that are not mine.. Only use PayPal.

Email 3 from Ladbrokes: your safety is our concern etc etc and we have looked into this and found that this transaction has not been done manual by us but by you to 2 bank accounts. Please get your bank account to trace these amounts that are missing from your account.

My reply: what part of it’s not my bank accounts and my account has been hacked do you not understand, an idiot could follow what I am saying? I cannot get my bank to trace as the monies have been transferred into fraudsters accounts?? Which you seem to fail to understand.

Email 4/5/6 from Ladbrokes: the same bullshit of we did not transfer this money a person did (which I am not disputing), but that person was not me. Check the dates and tell your IT dept to check the IP details of these transactions and you will see it is not me. How you can fail to understand that your customers account has been hacked, you don’t seem to care a toss, even though I have never removed money from there to any bank accounts (ALWAYS PAYPAL) and that the 2 accounts are not mine. So how do you propose I sort this out? They say that to reverse the transaction would cost them £50, which seems unreal, but as this is due to their security breach and also the fact that anyone can go in and change you payment terms with no security checks, leaves me dumfounded. They seem to employ people with no common sense who cannot answer a simple email or sort out a fraud on a long time ex-customer, who has never had any issues. Scandalous customer services. Pay heed to this incompetent lot. I shall now approach either a small claims court or a national paper with all this info, just to show how easy it is to hack Ladbrokes accounts with no other security.

Glitches alot. Have to close and reopen a lot. Footie bets aren’t upto date enough in real time. Bets dont get updated on real time enough either, you need to go back or refresh. The free games are terrible, winning ladbucks is ok but in some ways is pointless if you can’t win enough they’ll expire. slots rivals game is the most shit game and points wise I’ve ever played, I hardly get over 400 points per game so I never really play it. If you do get high points someone will use a cannon so you loose everything/ you don’t really get bonuses on slots games there hard to come by/land on. Now that’s really bad. Poker bots seem to win all the time and know what your hand is. You don’t give out good will gestures for loyal/good paying customers. I was on bet365 but because I made another account with my same name they deleted both my accounts so I’m still her 3 years later and 3 years later still can’t create a bet365 account.

Took £1290 from my bank without me authorising this,called theft that is.Reported to ladbrokes and asked me for proof via my bank statement.Did this & still refused pay back so had to contact my bank who got my money back within 24hrs.Avoid these scammers & thieves.Customer services are a joke & should learn english been a .co.uk site we are british customers.AVOID AT YOUR PERIL

This company links your account to their system so when you play their free games you get nowhere and nothing day in day out watch for videos coming soon on YouTube showing how dishonest this company is and how they link your account. If you don't deposit every day they do not give you anything, once I have uploaded the video's I will be closing the account down. This company I hope should be investigated for how they have the right to link your account to the system SCUM that is all I can say about this company.

I've been playing this app for 6 months , all I can say about it is money grabbers , not a bit of excitement , I dont ask for a big win but entertain me . I cannot agree more with the reviews left on Trustpilot . The game has repeatedly changed from Free to being charged which was so misleading and underhand. When I tried getting money back they simply said I should have noticed but they clearly have a glitch . Thank heavens for competition in the market place as we have somewhere else to go . Don't risk real money bets they'll worm their way out of paying you.
